Elite Bastards has published their look at what the latest in FutureMark's series of video card benchmarks, 3DMark05, has to offer.

On top of this, we have also used this new benchmark to analyse the performance of nine different GPUs (four of which from ATI and nVidia's current high-end line-ups) in a slew of different disciplines:

- Default benchmark runs (3DMark and individual test results)
- Game test score graphs (Charting FPS against time for all three tests)
- Resolution scaling (Running 3DMark in all resolutions from 640x480 to 1600x1200)
- Anisotropic filtering performance (Running 3DMark at all available AF levels)
- Anti-aliasing performance (Running 3DMark at all commonly available AA settings)
- 4x AA, 8x AF performance
- Mixed and FP32 rendering performance
- Shader profile rendering performance
