Home Theater PC News has posted a review on the Accent HT-400b HTPC case

As newcomers to the HTPC community begin their journey one of the first questions that they have is "what case should I buy" and the answer is not always what they want to hear. HTPC's are not a cheap hobby by any means... Yes you can build a HTPC for practically nothing but you will be heavily limited on what it can do in the grand scheme of things. The one purchase that anyone will make that in the end will make or break a system's acceptance by the "significant other" in the living room has to be the case. A few months back this Accent HT-400b case came to be and quickly disappeared before a few hundred people were able to acquire it through not so normal channels due to the company "Kanam" going out of business and then being resurrected under the Arisetec brand name and being sold here in the USA. For that two month period many people in the HTPC community saw their dream case in pictures, knew they wanted it... bad... to only have it ripped from production. Digital Connection is the only company in the USA that has the rights to these cases and played a pivotal part in getting the cases shipped here in the first place, of which I must thank them now for getting us this case that we're reviewing.
