Microsoft has released Administrative Templates (.admx) for Windows 10 November 2019 Update (1909). The included group policies available through gpedit.msc are more for admins or those who are familiar with group policies.

Group Policy tools use Administrative template files to populate policy settings in the user interface. This allows administrators to manage registry-based policy settings.
