TacoNuts has posted a review on the Alpha PEP66T Heat Sink

The PEP66T from Alpha has a special design. The fan is mounted on the side rather than the top of the heat sink. This design was developed back when PPGA Celerons would be used in Slot 1 adaptors. The fan would point up so that it would not interfere with the memory slots and it would not put as much leverage on the socket.
