AMD dual-core CPU processor San Diego & Toledo are due in Q2 this year and will be made using the 90nm SOI process. Single core San Diego CPU processor will start to replace the present socket 939 Athlon 64 CPU processor and will have SSE3 support. The AMD Sempron CPU processor will move to a new core called Palermo towards the end of next year while basic Athlon 64 CPU processor will move to the Venice core.
AMD have just recently started to release their 90nm Athlo 64 CPU processor 3000+, 3200+ & 3500+ at 1.8, 2.0 & 2.2GHz which are at slower clock speeds than the earlier 130nm parts. There is also the iminent release of the 4000+ & FX-55 which will be made using 130nm process.
