We have just published our review of the AMD Phenom X4 9950 Black Edition CPU. This is currently AMD's fastest model desktop CPU, released this past summer. The good news is that after a recent price drop, it can be had for under $200. The bad news is, it still has to contend with Core 2 Quad CPU's in the $200 range. In this review, we compare it to the Q6700, as well as a Q9550 which represents a $100 budget increase.
