Windows Central: Mafia: Definitive Edition Review — An essential gangster flick in game form

Mafia: Definitive Edition isn't just a faithful remake of the classic gangster flick, it's an elevation. The faithful attention to detail adds extra weight to the game's most poignant moments, wrapped in a gritty shooter that leans on realism.

Wccftech: Serious Sam 4 (PC) Review - Only Room For One Badass On This Planet

Croteam goes Legion with big open-world environments, thousands of enemies to shoot, and just a little bit of overall jank, in Serious Sam 4.

OverclockersClub: Serious Sam 4 Review

With Serious Sam 4 you once again get to play as Sam "Serious" Stone as a member of the Earth Defense Force in their fight against Mental. This being is so powerful that it has enslaved several civilizations and uses them to wage war on others it seeks to dominate. Humanity and Earth is the latest focus of his interest, but thanks to the efforts of the EDF, his conquest is not going as smoothly as he likely would prefer. Partly this is because of the bravery and ability of soldiers like Sam and his team, but also because of a concerted effort to collect known historical artifacts that are now believed to be alien in origin and sources of great power. The entire goal of the game is to acquire such an artifact and then defeat the leaders of Mental's armies on Earth, but you can expect some hiccups on the way.

Windows Central: Serious Sam 4 is seriously lame

Serious Sam 4 marks the return of Serious Sam and his brand of old-school arena shooter carnage. But how does it compare to its contemporaries? Unfortunately, Seriously Sam has aged less than gracefully.

Anandtech: ADATA External and HP Portable SSDs Review: Featuring the ADATA SE800 and HP P700

Portable flash-based storage solutions are one of the growing segments in the direct-attached storage market. The emergence of 3D NAND with TLC and QLC has brought down the cost of such drives. NAND manufacturers like Western Digital, Samsung, and Crucial/Micron who also market portable SSDs have an inherent advantage in terms of vertical integration. However, the current pace of progress in flash memory has led to competitively priced offerings even from vendors who need to buy flash in the open market. ADATA and HP (Biwin / Multipointe) are two such vendors in this space. Today, we are taking a look at six different portable SSDs - three each from ADATA and HP - forming the bulk of their 2020 portfolio of external flash storage solutions.

LanOC Reviews: Crucial X6 2TB and X8 2TB

SATA based drive that was designed with the price in mind which at its 1TB and 2TB capacities bridges the gap between portable hard drives and more expensive NVMe portable drives like the X8. They sent both drives over in the 2TB capacity and when I spoke with them before the launch we talked about the 2TB capacity specifically and why they were focusing on it. For starters, in their research, ¼ of the people looking for external drives are looking for high capacities like this when shopping. Which makes sense really, some people use these to supplement their PC or laptop storage for media downloads and when it comes to digital content creation for storing big video files which take up a lot of space. Those aren’t files you want to wait around at spinning drive speeds waiting to transfer. So today I’m going to take a second look at the X8, now with the new capacity, and check out the new X6 and see how they both perform. Let’s dive in!
