Tweakers Asylum has posted a review on the AOpen MK33 Socket A motherboard.



AOpen was one of the first to bring a Socket A motherboard to the masses. The Micro-ATX MK 33 did not offer any amazing functions or options. Instead, It appeared to be geared more for the OEM market then for the tweakers. The MK 33 offered up 3 PCI slots, 1 AGP slot, 3 DIMM slots, and on board audio. Not exactly what you would call a "drool machine". Not long after the MK 33´s release AOpen started shipping what you might call the MK 33´s older, more mature brother, the AK 33.
