3DAvenue have today posted their review of the ASUS Extreme N7800 GTX TOP PCI-E 256MB videocard, which runs considerably faster than the 7800GTX's default clock speeds.
The cooler featured on the ASUS 7800GTX TOP is similar to what we are seeing emerge from a lot of videocard companies lately - that is, a dual slot design that has an exhaust for dumping the air out the back of the case, shaped in a manner that reminds you of a hair dryer. The reason such cooling was adopted rather than a more standard solution was because the 7800GTX TOP actually comes pre-overclocked right from the beginning.
