The Tech Report has posted a review on the ATI Radeon 64MB DDR video card.
The Radeon 64MB DDR´s two closest competitors are the GeForce2 GTS and 3dfx´s Voodoo 5 5500. I´d hoped to test against both of those cards, but I realized late in the testing game that the Voodoo 5 wouldn´t fitphysically and dramatically wouldn´t fitinto the AGP slot in our Pentium 4 test system. Given 3dfx´s recent, untimely demise, it seemed fitting to chuck the V5 results and test versus only the GeForce2. However, since the V5 still has some important technical merits, I´ll include it in our discussion of the Radeon where it´s helpful.Read more
