Can a sticker rejuvenate your lithium ion batteries?

This was the question I asked, after the local representatives of Batterylife AG suffered a very, very serious lapse of judgement and sent me one of their Activator stickers for review.

I gave the thing a fair trial. Then I found it guilty, tied it to a tree and shot it.
