ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-G GAMING (WI-FI AC) (Intel Z370) Review
We have taken a look at many Mini-ITX Z370 motherboards, but today we will take a look at one of the few micro-ATX Z370 motherboards to land in our lab. ASUS send over their ROG STRIX Z370-G GAMING (WIFI AC) motherboard for a review. A few generations ago, ASUS introduced their STRIX line of more affordable ROG-themed motherboards. The motherboards are designed for gamers and maintain some of the more popular and unique ROG features, but without the excessive price tag. Let's take a look at this loaded Z370 micro-ATX motherboard.Read full article @ TweakTown
August Smart Keypad Review
In October of 2017 we reviewed the August Smart Lock with HomeKit. Overall I was very happy with the operation of the lock and that it, unlike many other smart locks, kept its presence under wraps to people outside your home since it only replaces the inside portion of the lock. Well recently I came across the August Smart Keypad and thought I would give it a try even though it sells you out to passers-by. So let’s see if this device is worthy of your consideration.Read full article @ Bigbruin.com
Best Windows 10 apps of February 2018
This month's best apps focus heavily on productivity.Read full article @ Windows Central
In February, I reviewed and looked at a number of apps that help you get work done. Most of these apps are a bit different than what I normally review, but they save clicks, add features to Windows, and most importantly, help you get things done.
Usually, I focus on apps that are available from the Microsoft Store, but these are so good that they've earned their spot on this list regardless of their distribution channel.
Chuwi SurBook 2 in 1 PC Tablet Review
Chuwi looks to conquer the convertible 2-in-1 market with their new SurBook. Featuring an all-aluminum shell and a rather large battery, it has the looks and specifications to turn a few heads, which may have something to do with its successful Indiegogo campaign in mid-2017.Read full article @ TechPowerUp

Cooler Master MASTERAIR MA410P CPU Cooler Review
Since we have a pretty good idea of how it should perform, with the new fan being the only question mark in the equation, we do not expect to be completely surprised with what we find in testing. However, many love the RGB LED option, and with that being said where the older version had nothing to give in this aspect, now your CPU cooler from Cooler Master can work with any motherboard software and deliver the same effects as the motherboard, solidifying the theme. Not only that but for those without capable motherboards, Cooler Master has included a set of inline switches which will allow the user to select colors and modes for the fan to present while in use. Cooler Master's refresh of the design is now called the Masterair MA410P. The naming is pretty simple to follow, as the Ma signifies the Masterair series, the four denotes the number of heat pipes, and the P at the end is something Cooler Master is doing with all of their products these days.Read full article @ TweakTown
Creative Chrono Portable Splash-proof Bluetooth Speaker and FM Radio Clock Review
Chrono is a very affordable portable speaker from Creative which provides good audio quality and can be pretty loud, judging by its small footprint. We did really enjoy its vintage LED alarm clock appearance, the multitude of inputs it does support (Bluetooth, analog, microSDHC), but also comes with a FM module. The frontal display comes with large LED segments and its brightness can be adjusted on multiple levels. At medium sound level, from our tests, the speaker has lasted about seven hours, after which it did need a full recharge.Read full article @ Mad Shrimps
Creative Pebble review: Impressively big sound from teeny, $25 speakers
Creative says its Pebble speaker set was inspired by a Zen Japanese rock garden. This USB-powered 2.0 system has a simple, sparse design with a subtle aesthetic appeal. Still, I wondered how much audio enhancement they could bring to a PC for a measly $25 (on Amazon). Turns out, quite a bit, even compared to pricier budget PC speakers we've tested.Read full article @ PC World
Crucial MX500 1TB SSD Review
It’s not that long ago that I first tested the all new Crucial MX300 750GB SSD, and back then this was the first drive to feature the new 3D TLC NAND that micron had to offer. Now Micron has a new SSD and it’s not called MX400 as the previous naming scheme would have suggested, but it’s the MX500, and as we can expect it’s an update to the MX300 featuring the 2nd generation of #D TLC NAND, from Micron.Read full article @ MyCE

HyperX ALLOY Elite RGB Review
Over the last several years, few companies have climbed the ranks like HyperX. Intel's Spectre fix is now good to go for Broadwell and Haswell processors
Roll-out follows the deployment of working patches for Skylake and newer CPUs last week. Last week, Intel released overhauled Spectre fixes for all its newest CPUs – from Skylake onwards – and now the firm has pushed out fresh patches for many Broadwell and Haswell processors too (5th- and 4th-gen models).Read full article @ TechRadar
These are working Spectre patches that don’t cause the instability problems which the previous fixes did, which led to Intel recommending that folks don’t install them.

Logitech Z150 Stereo Speakers review: Light on your budget, light on the bass
Logitech’s Z150 stereo speakers cater to those with simple needs. No flamboyant designs or crazy amounts of connectivity options for these users. It’s enough to find a pair that brings a little extra volume and clarity to our computer audio and fits on our desk. Even within our budget PC speaker roundup, this pair (not even $20 currentlyon Amazon) is notably inexpensive and unassuming.Read full article @ PC World
Metal Gear Survive Review
Metal Gear Survive is one of those rare games where I went in with relatively tame expectations and was immediately surprised at the sheer amount of complexity and tools available, transforming what was once one of the best engines for a third-person shooter into a wave-based defense title that continues to unveil new surprises.Read full article @ Wccftech
MSI Vigor GK80 Review
Cherry MX meets Mystic Light. Any PC gaming manufacturer worth its salt understands the need to play in the peripheral market. These are the devices that consumers interact with on a regular basis, and heck, if you already offer motherboards and graphics cards, it makes perfect sense to extend your design language to keyboards and mice.Read full article @ Hexus
MSI is of this line of thinking and has updated its vast range of gaming gear with the launch of the Vigor GK80 and GK70 mechanical keyboards. The latter, MSRP $129, adopts a tenkeyless format for those who prefer a minimalist form factor. In for review today is the full-size GK80, priced at $169 (£160 in the UK) and promising premium features for the most demanding gamer.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Shoot-Out: ASUS Strix And Zotac AMP Extreme
t is very likely that NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX 1070 Ti will be the final Pascal-based desktop GPU to arrive for gamers, before next-generation architectures hit the scene in the not too distant future. As most of you probably know, the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti targets enthusiasts and hardcore gamers and is positioned in the narrow gap between the GTX 1070 and GTX 1080. We took an extended look at NVIDIA’s Founders Edition card in our launch coverage. But here we’re turning our gaze toward a couple custom variants from Zotac and ASUS.Read full article @ HotHardware

NZXT H700i Mid-Tower ATX Case Review
NZXT has brought a few new features to the table with their H-series computer cases. At the time of this review, there are three variants: the H700i (standard mid-tower ATX), H400i (micro-ATX), and H200i (mini-ITX). Aside from having tempered glass panels, a solid steel frame, and a sleek minimalistic look, each case features a CAM Powered Smart Device. The Smart Device optimizes fan noise and temperature through Adaptive Noise Reduction, meaning it will measure the noise level in the case to find the best optimal temperature for the system. These H-series cases also come with a pre-installed RGB strip at the top and a number of case fans with customizable options via the CAM software. In this article, Benchmark Reviews inspects the NZXT H700i in matte black.Read full article @ Benchmark Reviews

Patriot Viper LED DDR4-3000 16GB Memory Kit Review
Patriot has recently released their latest memory series, the brand new Viper LED. As you can guess by the name these modules will feature LED lighting. While not RGB you have the option to choose from Red or White illumination. The modules have a new heatspreader design, which I have to say is one of the best we’ve seen from Patriot. Seasonic PRIME 750W Gold Power Supply Review
Seasonic has been on point with its PRIME power supplies lately on the Titanium and Platinum spectrum. Funny that a "Gold" efficiency PSU from Seasonic seems like a "low end" product, but rest assured, it seems that Seasonic is incapable of producing anything that is low-end now days.Read full article @ HardOCP
In the power supply realm, when consumers think of quiet and efficient power supplies one of the first companies that comes to mind is Seasonic. Today, we are having a look at a brand new Seasonic unit that is part of their PRIME series of power supplies. In this review, we will specifically be looking at the PRIME 750W Gold (SSR-750GD Active PFC F3).
Seasonic is one of the older companies producing consumer power supplies having been founded in 1975 and entering the PC power supply production market in 1980. During that more than 30 years as a company Seasonic has cultivated lines of power supplies that are today some of the standard bearers for efficiency and quiet computing. This focus, and its reputation for quality, has lead to an explosion in production as Seasonic can be found providing OEM services on various model lines for Antec, XFX, Corsair, PC Power and Cooling, and of course under its own Seasonic brand.

Xiaomi Huami Amazfit Bip Review
Our verdict of the Xiaomi Huami Amazfit Bip: The Amazfit Bip is a triumph in low-cost wearable design. It's not for everyone – just for those looking to get started with fitness trackers on a budget.
