CPUReview has posted a review on the Cicero 4x2x24 CDRW drive.

The Cicero box I got came with a Samsung SW-204 4x2x24 drive, which
while slow by current standards seems like a fairly good drive.
I was able to rip CD´s (with MusicMatch) at 7x directly to MP3 format,
which is a fairly respectable rate for digital audio extraction.
