Price Network has posted a Cooler Master ACC-U72 review
The fan controller supposedly adjusts the speed between 1800RPM and 4500RPM. However, I found the range (using Motherboard Monitor 5 to monitor rpm) to be between 2600RPM and 4600RPM. At 1800RPM, the Cooler Master is rated at 16dBA , but it was probably not this silent at 2500RPM . Nonetheless, it was still the quietest thing in my case. At 4600RPM the noise was intolerable. It is rated 35dBA at 4500RPM, but I doubt it was that low. The optimal speed where the sound was tolerable was around 3700-3800RPM. Cooler Master states 41.97CFM is the fan's maximum airflow, but did not state the airflow when the fan is set to 1800RPM.Read more
