Placing optical drives in the front of the case could not be more simple. Since the drive bays are tool-less, the locks just slide in place to hold the drives in place. One of the bonuses of having a Black and Silver two toned case is that the black optical drives look very good without any modification, they help to offset the Aluminum front.
