Today's newest processors are generating ever increasing amounts of heat. At the same time, today's computer enthusiasts are demanding more and more performance from their computers, especially from the CPU. This means that currently, especially after the release of the Intel's Prescott line, processors are running hotter than ever- which is not a good thing.
