If you own a Digital SLR camera you know how much it set you back and you want to keep it nice and safe when you are out shooting. Since I bought my first Digital SLR camera I had a backpack to go with it. Camera backpacks provide great protection for not only your camera, but normally they have room for extra lenses and other accessories. I have quite a few different larger backpacks, but if I’m just going out quickly I don’t want to be hauling a large bag around with me. I’ve always been a fan of sling-type Backpack’s, and having one that can protect and hold me camera is a plus. Today we are taking a look at Caselogic’s SLR Sling Camera Backpack. I absolutely love the construction of the Spire Power Bank 4000. It's made of a nice quality aluminum, which is painted a grayish black color. The finish seems fairly durable, but really only time will tell how it wears. I put it in my pocket and backpack multiple times over the course of two weeks, and the time that I've had the Power Bank, I did not acquire any scratches...

Noctua NF-S12A ULN 120mm Cooling Fan Review @ DragonSteelMods

Up for review today I’ve got another cooling fan from Noctua, the NF-S12A ULN, and yes the fan is very similar to the FLX one that I just reviewed. The fan looks exactly the same, but the main difference is the speed of it. ULN stands for Ultra Low Noise and the fan runs at 800rpm but can be slowed down to 600rpm. This fan is truly silent, it won’t add any additional noise to your system but, thanks to the design, it still moves a lot of air. If you’re looking for a way to keep your system running as quiet as possible then this is the fan you need….

Evercool Silent Shark HPO-12025 CPU Cooler Review @ TestFreaks

It’s been a while since I’ve reviewed any CPU coolers here on TestFreaks, not sure why, but I’ve got one now from Evercool called the Silent Shark. This cooler is big and it includes two 120mm fans that help to keep you CPU cool. The cooler also has a very unique feature that allows the user to angle the front fan up and outwards letting it clear the ram slots allowing you to use ram with larger style heatsinks on it. ASUS F2A85-M LE Review @ Benchmark Tests

The FM2 platform for AMD Trinity APUs is the successor of the FM1 Platform for Llano, while the Llano core still depends on the Bulldozer architecture, the newer Trinity is based on the Piledriver architecture.

The ASUS F2A85-M LE has the AMD A85X chipset which supports DirectX11. As the LE indicates this mainboard is a Light Edition with less(er) overclocking capabilities and 2 memory dimm slots instead of 4. On the more advanced F2A85 boards you will also find a displayport.

In Depth: Gigabyte AMD Radeon HD 7970 OC on Hackintosh @ tonymacx86

First, let's take a look at the card itself. It's got a DVI-I port, HDMI, and two mini-Displayports. The card's factory overclock is 1000MHz, from stock Core Clock of 925MHz. It can run 4 simultaneous monitors. It's a high powered card, however Gigabyte's "Triangle Cool" fans keep noise to a minimum. As expected the fans do spin up noticeably under heavy load, but during normal use the card maintains a low noise level.

Enabling AMD 7xxx cards fully in OS X is possible, but requires more work, hence why we do not currently recommend them officially in our monthly Buyer's Guide. We've outlined a number of tips and tricks here. The Gigabyte Radeon HD 7970 OC's device ID is recognized natively starting in OS X 10.8.3.
