Beyond3D is taking a look at Creative's 3DBlaster FX5900.

The memory chips are Samsung 2.86ns 350MHz (700MHz effective) DDR-SDRAM, which have shorter latency times than the 2.5ns chips found on the Ultra and standard 5900 cards. The difference is small though and may not have a noticeable effect on benchmarks, or indeed, everyday gaming.
