Although CuteZIP 2.0 may look and feel like version 1.0, significant changes were made to the product for increased performance and stability. CuteZIP 2.0 features include:

-Compression and decompression support for ZIP, CAB, GZip, Tar, PAK and PK3. Decompression only for ACE, ARJ, and RAR. If you have ACE, ARJ, or RAR compression programs on your computer you can associate them to CuteZIP allowing you to use CuteZIP’s interface for those types of compression.

-Tabbed Interface. CuteZIP´s tabbed interface lets you work with multiple archives all within the same window, rather than in separate sessions.

-Archive Spanning. You can span archives across removable disks or within a directory for easy downloading.

-Strong Encryption. You can encrypt and password protect archives using industry standard PKZIP encryption or strong 128 bit TwoFish encryption.

-Self-extracting archives. You can make standard self-extracting archives or encrypted self-extracting archives.

-Multiple File Extraction allows you to uncompress multiple files simultaneously by selecting the archives in your Windows Explorer, right-clicking them and then choosing extract.
