Already impressed with what a single GTX 560 Ti is able to offer, it seemed like it was time to see what two of them did for us. For a long time we've known SLI scaling has been excellent and the GTX 460 in SLI was just an absolute beast of a combination, as you had two cards that offered more performance than a single GTX 480, while at the same time offering it at a cheaper price.

The particular cards we're dealing with are some 900MHz clocked ones in the form of the Palit GTX 560 Ti Sonic. Since we haven't looked at the card from Palit, we'll be of course looking at what's going on in the package department first up. Once that's done, we'll take a closer look at the card itself, cover the out of the box clocks that Palit are offering and also double check that SLI is up and running. Once that's done it's time to get into the fun stuff and see what kind of performance we've got on offer from the setup.

Cooler Master Spawn Review

The red and black color scheme that Cooler Master put on it with the white lettering for the Spawn and CM Storm logos both stand out, but do not clash with the overall design. The Anti-Slip Design that Cooler Master integrated with the mouse is placed in key positions, and it's especially nice that the company opted not to coat the entire mouse in the anti-slip/anti-sweat material. The 3500 DPI Optical Sensor that Cooler Master placed on the mouse does give you the ability to game up to 3500 dpi, however the only complaint I do have about the DPI settings is that you can only set it to 800, 1800, and 3500 in the drivers software.

The fireworks surrounding Intel's "Sandy Bridge" processors have brought mixed reactions about the new CPU's overclockability and graphics prowess. As usual, ASUS leads the way with eight P67 motherboards right out of the gate and we benchmark the P8P67 Pro and others from Gigabyte and ECS to determine which vendor was able to incorporate the right amount of features and performance options.

This motherboard is the first I've tested with the P67 chipset, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the overall features and overclocking prowess of the P8P67 Pro. ASUS seamlessly integrated their own unique modifications and third-party software with Intel's Sandy Bridge architecture as well as their P67 chipset. ASUS even went a step further and added extra controllers for more USB 3.0 and SATA 6GB/s support.
