HIS Radeon HD 5570 1GB GDDR3 Video Card in CrossFire Review
TweakTown posted a review on the HIS Radeon HD 5570 1GB GDDR3 Video Card in CrossFire

The HD 5570 was an interesting model for me. Due to the fact it came out after the HD 5450, I didn't know exactly where the model would fit. Ok, yes I understand, it was going to sit in-between the HD 5450 and HD 5670, but was it going to lean more towards the HD 5670 which can do a bit of gaming, or was it going to lean more towards the office orientated HD 5450?

It was surprising to see the model leant more towards the HD 5670. Sure, you're not going to run Eyefinity on the setup; but since the model followed the same low profile nature of the HD 5450, it clearly has a market for people with low profile systems or people who just want to game on a real budget at lower resolutions.

Aliens Vs Predator PC Game DX11 Performance Benchmarks
Legit Reviews posted Aliens Vs Predator PC Game DX11 Performance Benchmarks

Many of the new PC game titles that are coming out today are being released with DirectX 11 graphics. You don't have to have a DirectX 11 graphics card to play DirectX 11 game titles, but to get the graphics quality that you paid for one is most certainly needed. Read on to see how some Radeon HD 5000 video cards do in the PC game Aliens versus Predator.

Gaming enjoyment aside, the performance of all the cards tested was solid. The ATI Radeon HD 5870 graphics card is the flagship single-GPU video card from AMD and it easily played AvP at 1920x1080 with the image quality cranked up. The Radeon HD 5750 was able to play the game at these settings, but to really enjoy the game and to get silky smooth frame rates we had to spend a little time tweaking the settings on the video card. This is great news as ~$150 mainstream graphics cards like the Sapphire Vapor X Radeon HD 5750 will be able to enjoy DX11 game titles without sacrificing too much image quality...

Hardware Secrets posted a review on the Antec ISK300-150 Case

A while ago we reviewed Antec ISK300-65, which proved to be a nice mini ITX case. This other case, however, comes with an external power supply, with a DC-DC converter module inside the case to convert the 19 V provided by the external power supply into the voltages required by the PC (+12 V, +5 V, +3.3 V, etc). On the new ISK300-150, Antec added an internal 150 W power supply, which allows you to install a more powerful system. Let's see if this new version is as good as the previous version.

When comparing the QNAP TS-459 Pro Turbo NAS to the older TS-419P, there is not much to compare. They both look exactly the same. They both have the same Ajax-based software included. Basically, the main upgrade in the TS-459 Pro is in the processor and chipset that QNAP selected. GIGABYTE M8000 Xtreme Gaming Mouse Review
TweakTown takes a look at the GIGABYTE M8000 Xtreme Gaming Mouse

I'm reviewing a mouse! It's been a while since I've looked at a peripheral and when I say a while, I mean years. Since Chinese New Year was coming in fast and GIGABYTE wanted to get a sample of the M8000X out before the factories shut down, I said to send it over to me.

With the press document sitting in my inbox on the GIGABYTE M8000X, I took the time to really look through it. Damn, it looked oh so sweet. But features and software are only half the story; what really matters is how it feels. Something that most companies struggle to achieve is the greatness in a fantastic feeling mouse. Let's find out how GIGABYTE is traveling in this segment these days.

Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD7 Motherboard Review
Benchmark Reviews posted a review on the Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD7 Motherboard

Sometimes Intel's tick-tock plans don't coincide with the technical improvements made to other areas, such as SuperSpeed USB-3.0 or SATA-III 6.0-Gbps controllers. Most hardware enthusiasts agree that it's awkward to see Intel's "Enthusiast" branded X58-Express chipset paired to older standards while "Mainstream" P55 motherboards enjoy the better and faster new ones. Gigabyte agrees, too, and has re-launched the X58A-series as a refresh for their flagship platform. In this article, Benchmark Reviews tests the Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD7 motherboard against the ASUS P6X58D Premium in heat-to-head performance, and compares to the original X58 platform.

Asus P7P55D-E Premium motherboard Review
APH Networks has published a new review on the Asus P7P55D-E Premium motherboard

It's been a while since I have last reviewed an Asus motherboard. It's also been a while... actually, I am not going to lie, haha -- I've never reviewed two motherboards consecutively on APH Networks before. Because of my relatively intense workload in my second year of Electrical Engineering, especially compared to what I have done in the past during high school, it is often very challenging to maintain decent academic performance while working with a demanding review schedule. This holds especially true when it comes to reviewing motherboards. The sheer amount of writing in conjunction with the need of benchmarking (Which includes fresh installs of Windows every time, oh man!) is not only very time consuming, but also requires high levels of patience and effort. But things are a bit different this time around. After finishing my Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD6 review last week, I simply could not contain the excitement I have for testing the latest and greatest motherboards based off Intel's P55 Express chipset for Lynnfield processors. This curiosity continued on, as I soon discovered that the only way to quench this thirst is to put the motherboards through our battery of benchmarks. So today, we'll be taking a look at the Asus P7P55D-E Premium -- Asus' high end P55 motherboard on this platform. How does it stack up against its rival Gigabyte's enthusiast product, and does it continue the tradition of Asus motherboards in performance, features, and quality? Let me answer these questions in our review today!

OCC has published a review on the Corsair Padlock 2 8GB USB Flash Drive

When it comes to security, the Corsair Flash Padlock 2 gets high marks for its ability to protect any sensitive data that is stored on the drive. Setting up these security features was extremely simple and once you have keyed in a unique four to ten digit PIN, the drive will automatically lock when removed from a USB port. In this locked state, the flash drive uses a 256-bit AES hardware encryption and built-in hacker protection that will temporarily lock the drive for a few minutes after five unsuccessful log-in attempts.
