It’s been some weeks since I last checked out a USB 3.0 product and that was early on in the game. Fast forward a little and in that time many motherboards have hit the market complete with USB 3.0 and it’s easier to find USB 3.0 PCI Express controller cards on the market, too.RaidSonic Icy Box IB-318 and IB-250 USB 3.0 HDD Enclosures Video Review
Our next USB 3.0 products to be put through the paces come by way of German company RaidSonic. They actually sent us their new Icy Box USB 3.0 products several weeks ago when USB 3.0 was first hitting the market, but with Christmas, New Year, CES, a holiday and Chinese New Year, things have been rather hectic. Today, though, we can tell you about these products for you folks who are interested in getting in touch with the speed advantage of USB 3.0 for your external storage needs.

Legit Reviews posted ASUS P7H57D-V EVO Motherboard Review
We take our first look at an ATX motherboard based on the H55/H57 chipset from ASUS. The ASUS P7H57D-V EVO is one of only three H57 motherboards on the market today, so it will be interesting to see how it performs. With the ability to overclock Clarkdale or Lynnfield CPU's, as well as the GPU aboard Clarkdale, this could be one very fun motherboard to use for your next system build.ASUS P7H57D-V EVO Motherboard Review
The P7H57D-V EVO motherboard is another fine example of great engineering from the gang at ASUS. Everything from the box and bundle to the TurboV EVO overclocking software exudes quality. The board is extremely stable even when pushed to the limits and has an overwhelming feature list, which include SATA 6G and USB 3.0. Aside from SATA and USB, performance between motherboards these days is largely the same, with results being within the specific tests margin of error. The biggest differences are the features and quality of components, which typically shows up when it comes to overclocking. We found that the P7H57D-V EVO was an excellent overclocking motherboard, reaching the same clocks of the much more expensive P55 based ASUS P7P55D Premium...
Polaroid Pogo Instant Mobile Printer Review
Bona Fide Reviews posted a review on the Polaroid Pogo Instant Mobile Printer
Today for review I've got the Polaroid Pogo Instant Mobile Printer. The name Polaroid is synonymous with instant photos and that's what you get from this printer, little 2" x 3" photos. The Pogo connects to your phone via Bluetooth or it can connect to your camera via USB cable and you can print out instant photos in a matter a seconds. It uses Zink photo paper so there's no messy ink involved at all. The Pogo is not a bad product, it works and works well and it's a lot of fun. If you're expecting studio quality prints, you're not going to get them, but you will get decent little photos that are fun to share with your friends. As a bonus the prints are actually stickers! So read on to check out a rather cool little productPolaroid Pogo Instant Mobile Printer Review
WD 1TB Caviar Green Hard Drive w/ Advanced Format Review
HotHardware posted a review on the WD 1TB Caviar Green Hard Drive
Western Digital recently began to ship a new series of Caviar hard drives that included the company's Advanced Format technology. The new Caviar Green models are nearly identical to their standard brethren, but offer double the cache (64MB instead of 32MB at 1-2TB) and have a different model number. A WD10EARS is an Advanced Format drive; a WD10-EADS is a 'normal' drive. WD isn't marketing Advanced Format much at the moment, but it's important to understand what the technology is and how it works, particularly if you're still running Windows XP...WD 1TB Caviar Green Hard Drive w/ Advanced Format Review
Radeon HD 5830: A New Best-Buy in Sight
InsideHW.com has reviewed Radeon HD 5830 graphics card
A bit later than expected, the third and final model from AMD’s current top-class offer, as far as single-GPU cards are concerned, arrived to our doorstep. As a reminder, Radeons HD 5850 and 5870 appeared way back at the end of September last year, being the first DirectX 11 cards on the market, but also the most powerful ones. The new HD 5830 is a bit late, but just on time to spoil Nvidia’s plans concerning the release of their first DirectX 11 models. This card’s attractive price point should make the choice easier for many, as those who thought that the previous DirectX 11 Radeons were too expensive now have a good reason to opt for AMD…Radeon HD 5830: A New Best-Buy in Sight

From six different power supply models from Huntkey we tested to date, five of them couldn't deliver their labeled wattage, literally exploding (we posted the videos of the explosions on YouTube). They offered us money to take the reviews down and also started a campaign to make other manufacturers to boycott us, which actually backfired on them. You can read the whole story here. We got our hands on a model from a series we haven't reviewed yet, Balance King, so we were really curious to see if this model would work fine or would also explode like its sisters. The 256GB Toshiba HG2 Series drive that we benchmarked proved to be a solid performing mainstream SSD from our testing. The vast majority of file transfers in Windows are sequential read and write data moves and the HG2 had very respectable sequential speeds. For example in ATTO we were able to reach 241MB/s read and 177MB/s write. These are the types of speeds that we would expect for a mainstream SSD in 2010. The Toshiba HG2 Series of SSDs also supports TRIM, which is is critical in making sure your drive is performing at the top of its game....Toshiba HG2 43nm 256GB Solid State Drive Review

MSI P55-GD85 USB and SATA 3.0 Motherboard Review
Hi Tech Legion posted a review on the MSI P55-GD85 USB and SATA 3.0 Motherboard
Unlike some other manufacturers, MSI has chosen to use the built in PLX chip, specifically for Marvel and NEC, to provide for SATA and USB 3.0 performance. The PLX PCI-e bridge chip is specifically designed to increase (multiply) bandwidth and effectively distribute that bandwidth across the PCI-e lanes when using the 3.0 functions. Other manufacturers have chosen to forgo the PLX, which forces USB and SATA 3.0 to occupy the graphics PCI-e lanes causing a bottleneck and decreasing graphics performance.MSI P55-GD85 USB and SATA 3.0 Motherboard Review
