Crucial Ballistix Smart Tracer 6GB (3x2GB) PC3-12800 Kit Review
Bigbruin.com posted a review on the Crucial Ballistix Smart Tracer 6GB (3x2GB) PC3-12800 Kit
The Crucial Ballistix Smart Tracer 6GB (3x2GB) PC3-12800 kit is very stable and offers solid performance. The extra features that Crucial have added to their standard Ballistix sticks not only give the consumer more bang for the buck, but make this a very attractive kit, considering that they're priced right in line with other 1600MHz triple channel kits.Read more

Sandy Bridge is more than just a powerful CPU, it's also one of the most powerful integrated graphics processors ever seen. Coupled with the ECS H67H2-M motherboard we get into Blu-ray playback performance and bitstreaming HD Audio. Could a Sandy Bridge CPU and H67 be the future for your HTPC? Read on to find out!Read more
The ECS H67H2-M Black Deluxe motherboard is a very solid board all the way through. Its performance rivaled that of the Intel P67 Burrage motherboard and at times outperformed it. We expected performance to suffer a bit while the on-board graphics were being used but that was not the case. Intel and ECS have done a brilliant job of sorting out the usability of this system....
Dell 1250c LED Printer Review
TechReviewSource.com posted a review on the Dell 1250c LED Printer
The Dell 1250c Color LED Printer is a definitively personal printer, designed primarily for one person's use in any size office. The personal focus shows in its small size, relatively low paper capacity, and lack of wired or wireless network support. However, there's no compromise in speed or output quality, which is enough to make the 1250c a strong product.Read more
Lenovo ThinkPad T510 Review
Business Computing World published a review of the Lenovo ThinkPad T510
The solid build of the ThinkPad T510 make it a good traveller, but it is weighty and battery life is not as good as it could be. The keyboard is a pleasure to use, though some may find the range of options and combination of TrackPoint and Touchpad a little overwhelming. If you are lured by the low price, hold fire. You may well find you need to upgrade a fair few elements to get the laptop that suits you best. Nonetheless, in sheer performance and usability terms we have to concede that Lenovo has kept up the good work with its ThinkPad T510 and produced another good addition to a great series.Read more

PC Perspective posted a review on the Lenovo Thinkpad U260 Core i3 12.5-in Notebook
Luxury. Premium. Exclusive. These are words rarely associated with laptops, particularly PC laptops. While Apple happily reaps in profits from the MacBook Pro, most other laptop manufacturers have a difficult time selling high-end laptops. The U260 is Lenovo’s attempt at a stylish flagship that will stick in the minds of buyers. Indeed, if you visit the IdeaPad main page, you’ll find that the U series is the only line of IdeaPad laptops described as “stylish” in the bite-sized popup descriptions.Read more

Noctua NH-D14 CPU Cooler Review
ThinkComputers.org posted a review on the Noctua NH-D14 CPU Cooler
Just a little while ago we took a look at Noctua’s NH-C14 CPU cooler, it featured a C-shape top down design and proved to be one of the best performing CPU coolers we have tested this year! Well today we are going to look at the C14’s brother the NH-D14. It features an asymmetrical tower-type design with 2 large fans. This once again is a huge CPU cooler, but knowing Noctua it will provide great cooling and run pretty silent. Let’s check it out!Read more
PowerColor Radeon HD 6970 LCS Review
OCC has published a review on the PowerColor Radeon HD 6970 LCS
This block when used in a liquid cooled system will deliver exceptional cooling performance with the card never breaking the 50 Celsius mark at 45C. What has to be the biggest advantage of the card is not what it has but what it does not have. That ungodly loud fan noise when the fan is pushed to the 100% level. No howling beast to make you wonder why you bought the card. The overclocks achieved on this card were 1021MHz on the GPU core and 1520MHz on the GDDR5 memory. Easily better than any HD 6970 I have tested, something I have to attribute to the exceptional cooling delivered by the Ek block.Read more
MSI Radeon HD 6950 2GB Twin Frozr II Video Card Review
TweakTown posted a review on the MSI Radeon HD 6950 2GB Twin Frozr II Video Card
It feels like it's been ages since I've tested a video card. Unfortunately I was then quick to realize that it's only been a little over a week, and became concerned that 10 days felt like an eternity. To get back into the swing of things, though, we fired up the HD 6950 from MSI which has just gotten the Twin Frozr II treatment.Read more
The HD 6900 series runs a little warmer than the previous generation HD 5800 series, so it's good to see MSI attack the model with the Twin Frozr cooler; in this case the Twin Frozr II. Out of the box the focus has never been about a pre-overclock on this model; instead it's been all about the cooling and making sure the core is running as cool as possible while not being too loud.

Kingston 64GB SSD (ssdNOW V Series) Review
BURNED iN posted a review on the Kingston 64GB SSD (ssdNOW V Series)
Today we are going to be taking a look at the Kingston 64gb SSD. It doesn't come with the blazing new Sand Force controller or a huge storage capacity but we are going to dig until we find SOMETHING the drive can go home and brag about. This drive has been on the market for over a year, with packaging in many different disguises. But other than some exterior changes, are we getting anything new compared to a year ago? Are we getting the same ol' stuttering JMicron controller or did Kingston really upgrade the controller for real world use? Let's just see, shall we?Read more
MSI R6950 Twin Frozr III Power Edition Review
HotHardware.com posted a review on the MSI R6950 Twin Frozr III Power Edition
The product we'll be looking at today is the MSI R6950 Twin Frozr III. As its name suggests, the R6950 Twin Frozr III is powered by AMD's Radeon HD 6950 GPU and the card sports MSI's third-generation Twin Frozr cooler. MSI did more with the R6950 Twin Frozr III than swap the reference cooler with one of their own design, however. The R6950 Twin Frozr III is outfitted with a custom PCB and has a couple of other interesting additions as well. Check out the specs and then we'll move on to some of the more juicy details, benchmarks, and some overclocking action...Read more
Lexmark Genesis S815 All-in-One Printer Review
Futurelooks checked out the Lexmark Genesis S815 All-in-One Printer
To be perfectly honest, I haven’t exactly had the best of experiences with Lexmark products in the past. Many years back, I went through two less than stellar Lexmark printers. I was unhappy with the print quality, print speed, and overall build quality. To be fair, they were remarkably cheap and I guess I got what I paid for. Fast forward many years later and I suppose it’s time I get Lexmark a fair shot at a second chance. In this review, I take an in-depth look at the Lexmark Genesis S815 all-in-printer. Let’s just say that it has more than a few unique tricks up its sleeve to win me over again.Read more

iXBT Labs posted a review on the AMD E-350 Accelerated Processor
Those who thought the Brazos platform would be revolutionary might be disappointed because it's not. Neither solution can compete with three-year-old low-end desktop processors.Read more
Gigabyte G1 Assassin and Intel Core i7 990X Extreme Edition Review
KitGuru posted a Gigabyte G1 Assassin and Intel Core i7 990X Extreme Edition Review
Today KitGuru will find out if this board is worth your time and money, and thanks to Intel we have their latest Core i7 990x Extreme Edition to partner up Gigabyte’s latest and greatest X58 board. Our goal is to hit 5.0ghz on modest liquid cooling, a rather tall order for the hot running 12 core flagship processor. Getting 4.8ghz stable with a 980x was a challenge, outside the realms of exotic watercooling or phase change anyway, so we hope the 990x allows us a little more headroom today.Read more
