Nokia Lumia 900 Review: Windows Phone's New Hero Device @ Techspot

The Nokia Lumia 900 represents a number of firsts: it is the first high-end Windows Phone from Nokia to arrive in the U.S., it is the first 4G LTE smartphone from Nokia, and it is one of the first 4G LTE Windows Phones on the market.

Like the Lumia 800 that preceded it, the Lumia 900 features stunning industrial design, great build quality, and a fantastic ClearBlack AMOLED display. Add in great network performance, solid battery life, and a fast and fluid user interface thanks to Windows Phone 7.5, and you start to see that Nokia really might have a winner on their hands.

Corsair Force Series GT 180GB Solid State Drive Review @ TweakTown

Over the last couple of weeks we've seen some pretty amazing SSDs. You know when you are doing one thing, but really want to work on something else? That is what I've been going through these last couple of weeks. The reason why is because Corsair has taken another approach in order to achieve modest performance improvements.

We've seen the SandForce SF-2282 controller used on a retail consumer drive one other time, but it's implementation was identical to the SF-2281 configuration. The SF-2282 is identical to the 2281 in every way except one, the number of byte lanes, moving from 8 to 16. We've speculated for some time that the SF-2282 was used on most if not all 480GB models, but we've yet to see one to confirm. Ironically we'll have our first 480GB drive in the lab tomorrow.

Intel Z77 Chipset motherboard Review @ OCC

Overclocking the MSI Z77A-GD65 was more of the same type of Sandy Bridge overclocking we have seen in the past on the Z68 as well as the P67 platform with simple bclock and bclock multiplier adjustments to creep up on the highest possible clock speed. This of course continues to be a limiting factor in how far your chip will overclock. The MSI Z77A-GD65 proved to be fully capable of delivering an overclock similar to what I have reached on Z68 and P67 boards in the past with the test CPU. This means a clock speed just north of 4.9GHz with a maximum bclock multiplier of 47 and a bclock that ranges from 104MHz to 105MHz using an applied 1.495V with LLC set to high. Memory overclocking is limited on my CPU but still it managed to pull off a 2133MHz+ clock speed.
