HTC Desire Review
Business Computing World published a review of the HTC Desire smartphone

There are plenty of other devices running the Android platform, and an increasing number which include Microsoft Exchange support. However the Desire's large screen makes it potentially very useful for businesspeople who need access to complex data such as Web sites and PDF/Word/Excel/PowerPoint documents on the move. Its touch-sensitive keyboard benefits from the large screen too, and may be beneficial for those who need to do a lot of mobile e-mail. Our one concern is battery life, but all modern smartphones suffer in this respect and the HTC Desire is no worse than most better than most in fact!

AMD Phenom II X6 Thuban 1090T 6-core Black Edition Processor Review
Futurelooks posted their review on the AMD Phenom II X6 "Thuban" 1090T 6-core Black Edition Processor

This week AMD unleashed a new processor to the world. While not quite to the fanfare as an over-hyped Apple product launch, their latest creations, the Phenom II X6 1090T 3.2GHz Black Edition and Phenom II X6 1055T 2.8GHz processors represent something that many AMD users have been looking forward to for a while now. Though not quite a match for the highly rated INTEL Core i7 980X 6-Core processors, AMD has created something extremely special for those of us with a regular salary but still an insatiable need for performance. How about a 6-Core processor starting at $199US?

ASRock 890GX Extreme3 Motherboard Review
Legit Reviews posted a review on the ASRock 890GX Extreme3 Motherboard

I had a blast working with the ASRock 890GX Extreme3 motherboard. If you look only at performance numbers the ASRock 890GX Extreme3 outperformed the MSI 785GM-E65 in the majority of the tests. Though there is much more to the ASRock 890GX Extreme3. The features that the ASRock 890GX Extreme3 offers, are key points that should be taken into consideration as well. The True Blu-ray when using the integrated Radeon HD 4290 will play back your Blu-ray movies in full 1080p with 24bit/192KHz sampling in 7.1 surround sound. The True 333 capabilities of the ASRock 890GX Extreme3 almost speaks for itself. Having the ability to run your graphics, USB 3.0, and your SATA 3 at full bandwidth at the same time is a beautiful thing!

ASUS Crosshair IV Formula Motherboard Review
Vortez.co.uk posted a review on the ASUS Crosshair IV Formula Motherboard

The Crosshair range from ASUS has a very distinguished history. During its arrival it's been one of THE premium boards for AMD AM2 and now AM3 users offering all the features and overclocking credentials demanded by enthusiasts. The previous Crosshair III model was held in particular high regard so the IV has a great deal to live up to...

Luckily ASUS have worked hard to make sure this board is at the cutting edge.

Yes, the USB3 and SATA 6.0Gb/s support is a very good start but the positives don't end there. Looking closer we find onboard X-Fi SupremeFX audio, x16/x8/x8 PCI-E 2.0 slots for triple GPU installations, an 8+2 phase CPU power design, Turbo Key II overclocking, the very useful Core Unlocker feature and last but not least the ROG Connect overclock and monitoring control suite.

Extra overclocking specific features like the ProBelt voltage monitoring points and the thermal sensor headers for zone specific PWM controlled cooling are also incredibly valuable additions.

ASUS it seems have literally left nothing to chance - indeed the only thing they might have forgotten is the kitchen sink!

MSI 890GXM-G65 Review
OCC has published a review on the MSI 890GXM-G65

The fact that the board performs so well even with a mATX form factor gives it a much wider appeal, as it could make it ideal for use in a Home Theater PC. Not only is it small enough to fit into the smaller cases that most HTPC users prefer, but it also comes with the strong-performing ATI Raedon HD 4290 IGP that has more than enough video connectivity for any type of user, including an HDMI port that supports full HD video and audio.

The PCS+ stands for Professional Cooling System. It looks like the VaporX series from Sapphire, with a big 92 mm fan and very silent. Also the clock is a little bit higher like the standard HD5830 cards have.

Today for review I've got the Samsung SyncMaster 2233SW. It's a relatively low priced monitor from Geeks.com. It features a nice high contrast ratio, HD 1080 resolution and a relatively low refresh rate at 5ms. These things combine for a very nice viewing experience overall.

ASUS P7P55 WS SuperComputer (P55 Express) Motherboard Review
TweakTown posted a review on the ASUS P7P55 WS SuperComputer (P55 Express) Motherboard

ASUS is known for many things; they make great enthusiast class motherboards and add-in GPUs. But how many people know they also make workstation and server class products? - We have known about this for a while and have finally gotten one in (complete with a socket 1156 Xeon for the CPU) for testing in our lab.

The P7P55 WS SuperComputer is a healthy system that also happens to have the ability to run a ton of GPUs at full x16 speeds thanks to an NF200 chip on the board. It is this multi-GPU capability that gives it the SuperComputer name. After all, if you are pushing four NVIDIA GPUs running CUDA or OpenCL, you have a massive amount of compute power at your fingertips.

GeForce GTX 480 3-way SLI review
The Guru of 3D posted a GeForce GTX 480 3-way SLI review

Back in January we already heard that SLI performance would be outstanding with this new series and well, that definitely tickled my senses and taste buds. As a results today we'll 'finally' have a look at SLI scaling of that GeForce GTX 480.

We look at single card performance, dual-card performance and also triple (3-way) SLI performance to see how well these puppies will scale. The article will first cover SLI performance among the new GTX 480 in several configurations and games, and then we'll check a little 2-way Multi-GPU gaming in a handsome multi-GPU slaughter-fest article in the ATI versus NVIDIA kind of way to see who and what scales the best.
