Gateway P-7808u FX Gaming Notebook Review
TweakTown posted a review on the Gateway P-7808u FX Gaming Notebook

Gaming notebooks are typically massive machines that you need to lift weights just to be able to carry it around with you on a daily basis. The large notebooks are typically associated with other things too, like high prices and short battery life.

Still, gamers who like to frequent LAN parties or just don’t have enough room in a dorm or on their desk for a full desktop often find themselves shopping for a gaming notebook. Today we are going to check out the very impressive Gateway P-7808u FX. Once you get an eye full of the specifications on this machine you will wonder how exactly Gateway was able to cram so much gaming goodness into the notebook at such an affordable price.

These days with our economy being in shambles, people are spending their hard earned money a bit more wisely. By making small sacrifices on aspects we did not normally do. So it is natural for us to spend less on our computers, especially when it is time for us to upgrade our computers. The question we ask ourselves what do we need, and what do we not need? NZXT Sentry LX Fan Controller Review
Bigbruin.com posted a review on the NZXT Sentry LX Fan Controller

The NZXT Sentry LX fan controller is a capable device that makes controlling and monitoring up to five fans and temperatures rather convenient. The display is well laid out and easy to read (from the right angles), and taking control of each fan is quite simple. While it made a very good overall impression, there are a few things that could use some refinement.

HTC Touch Diamond2 Review
IT Pro published a review of the HTC Touch Diamond2

There's no denying that the HTC Touch Diamond was a revolution for HTC. It brought the business-based Windows Mobile phone to the masses, which meant that for many, it was no longer necessary to carry both separate
business and personal device.

However, the one rather big problem with the HTC Touch Diamond was that despite HTCs Touch Flo 3D, the 'quirky' Windows Mobile interface was still too much in evidence, not as well hidden under a shell as it needed to be and this made it quite a task to use seamlessly. The screen was sometimes unresponsive and you often needed to use the stylus for scrolling, emailing or texting. Even dialling was hard without one.

Thankfully though the HTC Touch Diamond2, is a device that irons out almost every single crease in the HTC Touch Diamond's brow.

Broadberry CyberStore 316S DSS Review
IT PRO published a review of the Broadberry CyberStore 316S DSS

FC SANs have always been an expensive network storage solution but in the current economic climate they're starting to look extortionate. SMBs need to keep up with the demand for storage just as much as enterprises and IP SANs have traditionally offered them a far more cost-effective alternative.

The latest CyberStore 316S DSS from Broadberry typifies this as its compact 3U chassis delivers a whole heap of storage along with standard support for both NAS and iSCSI operations and all for a comparatively low price.

HotHardware.com posted a review on the PowerColor Radeon HD 4890 LCS

The PC scene is constantly evolving as businesses and individuals make use of next generation products that increase productivity or provide higher levels of entertainment. Bigger, better, faster - these are the insatiable desires of consumers. It doesn't matter if we're speaking of gigahertz or gigabytes, the demand endures and companies do their best to crank out sought after new technology.

As we're currently witnessing, competition for consumer dollars is fierce within respective markets and few can argue that there has never been a better time for those looking to buy. The Radeon HD 4890 is ATI's latest contender and we covered it extensively at launch. Now, overclocked variants of the video card are rolling out with the goal of squeezing every last bit of performance from the RV790 GPU. Stock heatsinks do well to move the heat from the video card at reference settings, but overclocking the core and memory quickly surpasses the threshold in which those heatsinks were designed for. That's where PowerColor's HD 4890 LCS liquid cooled video card comes in. With factory overclocked speeds and increased cooling capability, let's find out what this card has to offer...

ESET Smart Security 4 reviewed
ITreviewed reviewed the ESET Smart Security 4

We all know that threats no longer appear in the form of pure viruses or spam or phishing, but as 'blended' threats which require an integration of individual security features. ESET Smart Security 4 is an effective security solutions. As an added bonus, is easy to install and use, and doesn't slow down your computer. And unlike some other suites, all of the tools within ESET Smart Security 4 look and feel part of the same program. For getting your anti-virus, firewall and spam protection tools in one box, ESET Smart Security 4 is a solid choice. But its overall malware protection isn't as strong as Webroot's Internet Security Essentials (WISE) and it has no parental controls or backup utilities.

Continuing the immensely enjoyable action and strategy of Red Alert 3, Electronic Arts has released Red Alert 3: Uprising for those clamoring for more.

Uprising is a stand alone, solo play series of campaigns that combine a small number of missions for each faction with some commanders challenges which will test how good of a player you are.

The game follows the events of Red Alert 3 as with three factions and three different endings, Uprising follows up on various events but does not follow the new President that was established at the conclusion of the Allies campaign in Red Alert 3.

Cooler Master HAF 922 Review
Today Neoseeker takes a look at a new case from Cooler Master, the HAF 922

Unfortunately, there are still some flaws with the HAF series of cases, and the most imperative is probably the lack of any dust filters for your system. With so much air being drawn into the case, it's going to attract dust at a unruly rate.

Now it’s time to look at a fully featured AM3 only motherboard from GIGABYTE, and see how it stacks up to against the competition.
