We test the latest Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD203WI HDD. it comes with 2TB that's 2000 GB of storage and sells at an incredible 115 EUR these days.Read more
So I was building a new NAS storage unit shortly ago for the office with the main reason to really increase storage volume for cloned drive backups. When I started browsing on the web to see what 1 TB, 1.5 TB and 2 TB HDDs cost these days, I was a little shocked. If you go high in volume and can forfeit on performance a little, you can purchase a GB for 6 cents (EUR) these days. But does it perform at the very least reasonably ?

Biostar TA890GXB-HD mATX AMD Motherboard Review
Benchmark Reviews posted a review on the Biostar TA890GXB-HD mATX AMD Motherboard
With the release of the new 6-core Thuban processors, AMD unveiled their latest chipset to go with it; the 890FX/GX. Very similar to the 790FX chipset, the 890GX is the first ever to support native SATA III 6Gb/s. In this article Benchmark Reviews takes an in depth look at one of the Biostar's latest motherboards built around the 890GX chipset. The Biostar TA890GXB-HD mATX AM3 Motherboard is an entry-level board that, as the G suggests, pairs with onboard graphics in order to give budget minded users the option of using the latest technologies with the option of taking some of the pressure off their pockets. AMD has a reputation, especially recently, of making good quality products available to the everyday users and enthusiasts that might not be able to afford their hobby otherwise. The 890GX chipset is recommended for use with Phenom-II processors and it pairs quite well with the Athlon-II series as well, which are the most likely pairing for the Biostar TA890GXB-HD AM3 Motherboard, given its price. We will be pitting the TA890GXB-HD against the older 785G chipset to see just what type of performance the new chipset offers.Read more
Cooler Master Elite 430 Review
PureOverclock has published a review of the Cooler Master Elite 430 mid-tower case.
Cooler Master is one of the largest manufacturers of computer components around and I certainly do not envy the task they have at hand. There is certainly some fierce completion out there when it comes to cases. Today we will be looking at Cooler Masters newest model in the entry level chassis : the Elite 430. The Elite 430 is a mid-sized tower that sports a subtle and understated design that just may pack a punch when we find out what can be housed inside this modestly-sized chassis.Read more

The NexStar External Hard Drive Enclosure lets you take any 2.5"; hard drive and unleash its full potential outside of the computer case. The NexStar 3 2.5"; Enclosure retains the same mirror finish and aluminum casing as its 3.5" brother, as well as utilizing the new USB 3.0 transfer speeds.Read more
Thermaltake Armor A90 Review
OCC has published a review on the Thermaltake Armor A90
I like the way this case looks, feels, and performs. There is plenty of room inside of the Armor A90 even though it is considered a mid tower case. It can fit up to a 11.5" card, as long as there are not hard drives in the way. There is also a nice amount of area behind the hard drive cages for tucking wires. It is quiet, sleek, and is also not too flashy or bright. I like the painted interior, as well as the paint on the outside, because of its smooth and durable finish. At $90, this case is just what you would expect. A lot of thought, careful design, and quality manufacturing practices make the price tag well worth it.Read more
