XYZ Computing has a new article out on the Fujitsu P1610 Tablet

Looking at the system we can see that it is quite compact, roughly 9" x 6.5" x 1.25" in fact. At the time of it's release there were not many notebooks this size (there still aren't), but we should see more on the way as system's like Asus' Eee and VIA's Nanobook, both of which debuted at Computex this year, start to surface. The 8.9" LCD makes for a computer that is significantly smaller than what we commonly refer to as an ultraportable (for example Thinkpad X60s, Sony TX, or Dell's D420). This means an undersized keyboard and limited functions on the computer, though make no mistake about it- the P1610 is a full-fledged stand-alone system. Being a tablet the LCD can open like a laptop or, once opened, rotate and be folded down.

XSReviews has reviewed the ThermalTake ToughPower 1200w

ThermalTake have recently been extending their ToughPower range of power supplies, going all the way up to 2000w of power (recently announced). For most this is unnecessary, as is the 1200w version I have today to test, however more is usually better....

TrustedReviews have looked at the HTC Touch Windows Mobile Smartphone

I was actually starting to believe that HTC didn’t know how to get anything wrong with its products, managing to produce one great, feature rich, incredibly usable handset after another. But then I got my hands on the new HTC Touch and I realised that even HTC could get things wrong, very wrong in fact.

PC Stats posted PNY D22GX93XLP-5 XLR8 Performance Edition 2GB PC2-9384 Memory Review

When it comes to memory shopping for your computer, flashes of flair complement the quality of the memory rather than make up for its deficiencies. Never ever buy RAM by the way it looks - you're fooling yourself if you do. Good memory is all about the specs, clock speeds and CAS latency timings. Warranty and service/support come second.... and if it just happens to look cool than all the better. However, the appearance of memory modules for a performance tuned computer are totally un-important.

FrostyTech posted Rosewill RCX-Z2 Heatsink Review

The Rosewill RCX-Z2 heatsink is designed for socket 775 Intel Pentium D and Core 2 Duo processors. Pulse Width Modulation compatible fans are noted by their 4-pin power connectors, and what PWM does is enable the BIOS to directly control fan speed. The impeller speed increases or decreases relative to the processor's temperature at any given moment, in this case between 500RPM and 3400RPM.

BIOS Magazine posted a review on the Dell UltraSharp 2707WFP

Large monitors are in fashion big time, so why buy a monitor when you can have a showpiece? The 27-inch UltraSharp 2707WFP (634x243x442mm, 12.5kg) is more than a piece of office equipment; it's a stylish addition to your home or office. Its high-end aluminum, bezel glass and polished lines create an awe-inspiring display while its tilt, swivel or mount functionality adds to its overall experience. Seriously, the brushed aluminium (technically referred to as Artic Silver) bezel and solid glass base might look a little chunky, but the finish is exquisite. And when partnered with the optional clip-on AS501PA SoundBar (330.55), the UltraSharp 2707WFP becomes a trendy general-purpose display just begging to connect to a next-generation HD device.

OCIA.net takes a look at the OCZ ModXStream 780w Power Supply in their latest review

The back of the unit uses a honeycomb style grill to allow plenty of hot air through. A power connector and on/off switch are also present on the rear of the unit. Looking at the bottom, we get a view of the 120mm thermally-controlled blue LED fan. Moving around to the side, we find a specs sticker that gives the complete power breakdown of each rail. Finally on the "front" of the unit we have six modular connectors. A few of the cables are hard-wired but the majority of cables are modular.

OCC has published a new review of the Swiftech MCW6500-T TEC (Peltier) Assisted Water Block

Most people think of Dangerden or Thermaltake when venturing into water-cooling, so it is interesting to see what new products Swiftech has to offer to bring itself further into the limelight. In this review, I will be taking a look at the TEC-assisted water-block, the MCW6500-T and comparing it to plain water-cooling. TEC-cooling is what I would consider to be the cheapest form of sub-ambient cooling and one step above the most efficient "regular" cooling method of using water. This product is a complete water-block, TEC, and coldplate all in-one and designed with TEC cooling in mind. So I will be comparing the MCW6500-T to one of the highest performing water-blocks ever made, the Swiftech Storm G4. Is it worth the effort? Does it increase stability and allow higher overclocks? Let's find out!

TrustedReviews have looked at the Dell 1720dn laser printer

This is a small, neat, very boxy personal laser, coloured in a two-tone black and dark metal finish that will see it fit into most home and business environments without shouting. The layout is conventional with a 250-sheet paper tray at the bottom, a single sheet feed slot above that and the output tray set into the printer’s top surface.

bit-tech.net published a comprehensive review of XFX's GeForce 8800 Ultra 650M Extreme graphics card

XFX's GeForce 8800 Ultra 650M Extreme is probably the only 8800 Ultra that represents reasonable value for money at the moment. Until now, GeForce 8800 Ultras from Nvidia's board partners have been priced well out of the reach of most hardcore enthusiasts and thus have only been a viable purchase for those with more money than sense. Thankfully, XFX has delivered a GeForce 8800 Ultra with decent clock speeds and a very aggressive price and until other board partners follow suit, XFX's GeForce 8800 Ultra 650M Extreme is the pick of the bunch.
