Thermaltake ISGC Fan 12 120MM Fan Review
DragonSteelMods posted a review on the Thermaltake ISGC Fan 12 120MM Fan

Today I figured why not take a look at another Thermaltake product, this time it's a fan, while it might not be as exciting as the BlacX I looked at yesterday, it's still a good product. The fan is a new design by Thermaltake, they took cues from other companies and basically re-designed this fan from the ground up. It's called the ISGC 12, and it features a unique fan blade design to keep things quiet but yet promotes good airflow, it also features an in-line speed controller and comes with silicone fasteners to further keep things quiet. I've put the ISGC up against three other fans I've got on hand for comparison, so read on to see how the Thermaltake stacks up...

OCZ Technology Fatal1ty 550 Watt Power Supply Review
OCIA.net has posted their review of the OCZ Technology Fatal1ty 550 Watt Power Supply

The market for consumer electronics and computer hardware has been generally immune to this sponsorship phenomenon - that is, with one exception. There are a host of products out there stamped with the name of a certain Johnathan 'Fatal1ty' Wendel. Fatal1ty, if you're not familiar, has on the order of 30 "notably accomplished" gaming tournament placements on Wikipedia, including five 1st place finishes for Quake III Arena.

Whether Mr. Wendel's gaming prowess gives him any sort of above-average knack for choosing quality computer hardware I'll leave for you to decide today as we look at OCZ's Fatl1ty 550W Profess1onal Series PSU.

Evercool Transformer 4 Review
OCC has published a new review on the Evercool Transformer 4

The Evercool Transformer 4 (HPJ-12025) performed fairly well in testing, chasing after the similar, albeit single-fanned, Titan Fenrir by a couple degrees in each test. The hardware needed to install the Transformer 4 was included and the instructions were somewhat difficult to read or understand due to typos and poor grammar, but it had plenty of pictures that made it easy to infer the general idea. The art and design of the packaging looks good, as does the heat sink itself. The included thermal paste worked well enough, and felt similar to Shin-Etsu. The performance with the CPU overclocked allowed for more headroom and beat the stock Intel offering hands down. During testing, the fans operated very quietly and kept temperatures in the safe-zone. Clearance and size weren't an issue with my setup, but there were a few close calls; users should make sure that this heat sink will fit their system before purchasing.

Sapphire HD 4850 Toxic Review
Neoseekers takes a look at the Sapphire HD 4850 Toxic video card

Instead of the fancy VaporX cooling solution we saw on the Toxic 4870, you'll receive a ball bearing cooler from Zalman. It uses only 512MB of GDDR3 memory clocked at 2200MHz and has a slightly overclocked core (675MHz). The Toxic 4850 is nothing more than a normal 4850, but for many consumers, that is more then enough power.

I-Rocks KR-6820E Backlit Gaming Keyboard Review
Tweaknews posted a review on the I-Rocks KR-6820E Backlit Gaming Keyboard

In the end this little keyboard exceeded my expectations. The construction is very solid, the orange backlighting looks awesome, and it has a nearly full 103-key lineup so it's perfect for just about any task. Gaming is what it's designed for and it works great for that, but the soft and quiet keys also work well for general computer use.

Mvix Nubbin MS-811N Wireless N USB Adapter Review
TweakTown posted a review on the Mvix Nubbin MS-811N Wireless N USB Adapter

USB wireless adapters are pretty common place these days. They all pretty much look the same, they act very similar and there is very little to get excited about when you really get down to it. However, MvixUSA has decided that it was about time to shake things up. Instead of making just another N-Series adapter, they set out to make the smallest N-Series adapter they could; the Nubbin.

Now, if you are like me the first thing that came to mind was an obscure reference to the U.S. TV show, Friends. I started laughing right away thinking of ways to work in some Monica and Chandler jokes (I had to force myself to leave them out). After the humour wore off I started looking at the Nubbin as a product and it is really quite impressive.

ASUS Xonar DS PCI sound card review
Elite Bastards posted a review on the ASUS Xonar DS PCI sound card

Compared to the larger PCBs, complete with EMI shield, that we're used to seeing from ASUS' Xonar parts, the Xonar DS is certainly diminutive, doubtless taking some hints from the small form factor of Auzentech's X-Fi Forte which proved that audio quality needn't be compromised by using a small physical PCB. Also of note here is that the OPAMPs used by the Xonar DS can be replaced by the user if you're looking for even higher quality analogue audio output.

Thermaltake V9 Black Edition Gaming Case Video Review
eTeknix posted a review on the Thermaltake V9 Black Edition Gaming Case

Thermaltake have always been known for making some of the wackiest cases, with some of the best airflow features known to man. They always try to do things bigger and better than anyone else, usually creating some very unique and easily identified cases in the process. Generally speaking, you will not find another product on the market similar, but then the V9 Black Edition gaming case landed with us. At first glance however, I have to admit that the V9 looks strangely like the Antec Nine Hundred.
