An uber-high-enthusiast targeted product intended to create a lot of buzz and potentially to have a lot of marketing value. But face fact is also that there is a small group of end-users actually really interested it in, regardless of price and deficits. So with this round of realizing something fun, extra ordinary and sure prices very steep ASUS went back to the drawing board. They came up with a dual-GPU design solution based off Radeon 5970, but an overall better design, new PCB, higher clock frequencies on GPUs and more memory (2GB per GPU).

Then they threw improved voltage regulation management into the mix and added a new cooler with the weight of a small baby on top of the GPUs to deliver something really special.

Antec really has not really introduced anything super ground breaking in a long time. I mean they did start their gaming case line with the 900 case and some other cases followed, but they have had the same style cases for quite some time. This year at CES I was extremely excited when I saw a set of cases that looked nothing like that Antec cases of the past and finally brought them up to date internally. The cases I’m talking about are the Dark Fleet series. This new series has 3 cases, 2 mid towers and 1 full tower. Today we will be looking at the full tower, the DF-85. ShockWave SU-201 Review
OCC has published a review on the ShockWave SU-201

The ShockWave SU-201s were less than impressive and a letdown. The sound quality was only marginally better than what comes with my laptop, and they require power provided by the USB port while a second TRS connection is needed for the audio. The layout of speakers is also disappointing due to the location of the volume control dial. As the volume is increased on the SU-201s, distortion takes over and whatever you are listening to becomes nothing more than a muddy mess.
