LiteOn iHAS 324 DVD burner Review
IT PRO posted a review of a LiteOn iHAS 324 DVD burner.

LiteOn's latest DVD writer, the iHAS 324, can not only burn files to disc but also erase those discs once you're finished with them. This SmartErase features relies on the drive's special laser that can alter the surface of a CD-R or a single or two-layer DVD, erasing the contents so they're unrecoverable. It can erase any write-once CD or DVD burnt by any DVD writer, but not commercially produced discs or rewritable CDs or DVDs, which can already be erased using any DVD writer.

Kingston DataTraveler DT200/64GB Review
Bjorn3D takes a look at the Kingston DataTraveler DT200/64GB.

USB Flash storage has mainstreamed to the point that people going to school are required to have Flash drives to copy assignments and files to. Until recently flash storage has been limited in size and the smaller sized are quite inexpensive. What happens when you need to store tons on files whether it be Video, Music, Large Work Files, and the smaller USB flash drives just won't cut it. Until recently you could haul a laptop around with you, a portable hard drive, of a pocket full if smaller flash drives.

Here at Bjorn we have a pile of flash drives, sitting on a table, and are constantly having to shuffle through them to find the right file or driver. Sifting through 6 flash drives totaling 12GB to find that one file was getting old. Pulling out the portable HD and connecting it every time we needed files was getting old. We were extremely glad when Kingston contacted us about their DataTraveler DT200 line of USB flash drives. They come in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB capacities. The one we have to look at is the DataTraveler DT200/64GB. Kingston assures us that all of the DT200 series will perform at the same level so if you want the smaller or larger DataTraveler you can expect the same performance we got from this time saving little jewel.

Thermaltake ISGC-100 CPU Cooler Review
Hi Tech Legion posted a review on the Thermaltake ISGC-100 CPU Cooler

The Thermaltake ISGC-100 did not perform well on the AMD based system when compared to the stock cooler as a simple upgrade. The temperature at idle dropped 2 degrees from stock, but once placed under load, the temperature spiked 5 full degrees above that of the stock cooler under load. These results did not bode well for the ISGC-100 as any form of an upgrade. On the Intel system, the results were better when compared to stock at idle by 2 degrees, but under load, the temperature was again higher than the stock cooler. Results were similar when applied to both mild overclocks, but were no longer compared with stock due to the stock coolers not being able to handle the added heat. It is important to note that this cooler does allow mild overclock and is only intended as an upgrade from stock.

A-DATA X Series Ver 2 PC3-12800 6GB DDR3 Kit Review
TweakTown posted a review on the A-DATA X Series Ver 2 PC3-12800 6GB DDR3 Kit

It's been a while since we've seen anything from A-DATA, but like most memory companies they've also decided to ramp up their memory in the MHz department with the release of a PC3-12800 memory or 1600MHz kit.

Not only has the company decided to release a 1600MHz module, they've also mixed it up by adding a fancy cooler to the setup to really help the company stand out from others. It also helps cement the company as not only one that makes plenty of memory for people who want standard JEDEC specs, but also with the ability to be in the systems of the more hardcore users.

Sapphire HD 4770 512MB Review
XSReviews has posted a new review of the Sapphire HD 4770 512MB graphics card

The top end graphics cards from both Intel and ATI are becoming more and more expensive and with the current economic crisis, the two don't exactly go hand-in-hand. As a result, ATI have come up with the 4770 with a price point of around £80 which should appeal to a much wider range of users. The card is also ATI's first to be manufactured using a 40 nanometre manufacturing process and contains 826 million transistors, 640 shader processing cores and 512MB of GDDR5 memory on the R740 core.

"How well exactly will the 4770 be able to compete" I hear you asking? Well, I have here a Sapphire HD 4770 card so let's see how it shapes up and whether it can cause a drop in prices in competing cards. "

PC Stats posted a review on the Samsung LN52A850S1F A850 52-inch LCD HDTV

There's much to get excited about with Samsung's 52" LN52A850S1F LCD HDTV, commonly known as the 'A850'. For starters this LCD HDTV ups the ante with the ability to play movies/music/pictures directly from a USB mass storage device or over a home network connection and it's screen is less than 2" thick, making it one of the thinnest large screen TV's out there. For those of you obsessed with specs and numbers, Samsung's A850-series stacks up like this: the 52" diagonal LCD screen boats a contrast ratio of 70,000:1 (dynamic), a brightness value of 500nits, industry standard viewing angles of 178/178 (horizontal/vertical), and a 4ms pixel refresh rate. The LN52A850S1F has a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and can maintain both 60Hz and 120Hz refresh rates. It's ATSC digital TV tuner picks up over the air signals without any additional hardware, and the screen boasts no fewer than four HDMI inputs.

GELID Solutions Low Speed Optimized Silent Fans Review
OCC has published a new review on the GELID Solutions Low Speed Optimized Silent Fans

Both the Wing 12 and Silent 12 PWM performed very well, each operated very quietly and put up comparable numbers - the Wing 12 was a real winner performing second best to the Delta very quietly. The Silent 12 PWM performed very close to the Antec Tricool but quieter. The durability and performance combined with dust proof and water proof qualities of the Wing 12 are also great features to see come together in a fan that also looks good. The Silent 8 TC performed well enough although the diode can be somewhat less inconvenient and would work better with double-sided tape. This fan does not seem to be fit for general use although it would work likely work well in certain special applications and when paired up well with smaller heat sinks.

AKAI AISS010 All-In-One Entertainment System Review
TweakTown posted a review on the AKAI AISS010 All-In-One Entertainment System

As I have touched on in my last review of AKAI`s very latest USB Turntable, the company has been in the business of electronics for a long, long time. And like any large experienced company, they are moving with the times and offering technology for today’s standards.

With so many different forms of media needing to be played back in the average home of today, it seems fitting that AKAI has designed an all-in-one entertainment unit that attempts to handle a large whack of them all at once. Claiming support for MP3/iPod/CD/DVD/Up-sampled DVD/USB/SD Flash cards/FM radio/Karaoke along with a HDMI output for up-sampled DVDs, we certainly have a lot of support here.
