Bit-Tech published a feature looking at what the future holds for Ageia's PhysX PPU

Maybe Unreal Tournament 3 will be that game which first crosses the line between simply providing extra eye candy and providing a fundamentally different game experience with a must-have status, but we won’t know it until the game is released and this is what really illustrates the problem Ageia faces; without a string of must-have games set up to use the PPU, few gamers will risk investing in a new piece of hardware, but with few gamers willing to invest in the hardware it still remains to be seen if enough of the big developers are willing to take the plunge and develop games which will require the PhysX hardware.

Hardwarecanucks posted a review of the Arctic Cooling Accelero S2 and Turbo Module

The Arctic Cooling Accelero S2 promises to deliver superior passive cooling performance and we have found that it does exactly that. The results speak for themselves with the S2 in passive mode cooling the 7600GT to levels lower than the stock fan can achieve. Add to that a price that is significantly below the majority of its competitors and this heatsink looks more and more appealing. Even the Turbo Module is priced perfectly and performs well enough that it justifies its additional cost. It is both quiet and it pushes the cooling performance of the S2 even further.

Hardcoreware posted an article on Quality Control in Tech Today

HCW Tech Blog takes a look at recent hardware issues Microsoft has been having (with a $5 million lawsuit against them for scratched game discs). Is this going to be the next "Red Ring of Death" problem? How will it be proven that the scratched discs are even their fault? How do we even know if this is a hardware problem and not due to poorly written software?

We also look at other cases like this in the past, like Intel's infamous "FDIV Bug"

Virtual-Hideout posted D-Tek Fuzion and Fuzion GFX Waterblocks Review

Being an avid system exploiter, I definitely enjoy a look at something new and different. D-Tek Customs has had some pretty cool ideas from the start and continues to show improvements for simpler water cooling products that make designing their own cooling system. Sharka Computers was kind enough to send us D-Tek's latest two water cooling D-TEK FuZion and FuZion GFX water blocks which have received a pretty cool face lift. Sharka Computers is a great place to get some impressive performance hardware, so naturally it makes sense they would pick up something that can appeal and perform the way enthusiasts would expect.

Techgage posted a review of OCZ's latest 4GB kit

Like a fine wine, installing 4GB of RAM requires an acquired taste. Not everyone likes wine, and not everyone needs 4GB of RAM. However, with Vista and the future looking to change that, many are considering a move on up. Today we are taking a look at a kit that's not only priced right, but has some overclocking headroom as well.

NZXT has just introduced the NZXT Lexa Blackline just in time for summer, with newly modified design and a menacing Black and Red theme. The Blackline comes equipped with two red 120mm LED fans running at 23dba and a top 80mm exhaust fan. The front bezel is piano black to match the gloss black finish everywhere else. The Blackline chassis is reinforced by an 1mm steel chassis, and comes pre-drilled for external water-cooling and screwless installation of expansion cards. TheTechLounge checked out the iriver clix gen 2 / clix Rhapsody player

The Clix player is a 4 gigabyte model in line with other such players as the iPod nano, Sansa e200 series, and other flash memory-based portable media players. iriver may not have the market share of the aforementioned Apple product or the distinction of being the inventor of solid state memory (like Sandisk), but they always pull out great designs that match and even surpass the feature sets of the big name players. I'm hoping the Clix Rhapsody will keep giving them a run for their money and that it lives up to all my self-imagined hype.

Tweaknews.net posted XFX Fatal1ty Geforce Overclocked 7600 GT Videocard Review

At first I wasn't expecting much from a passively cooled and overclocked mainstream videocard. To be honest, I thought it was a recipe for product disaster. Surprisingly, this card held out just fine and in some cases surpassed my expectations by a large margin. This card packs much more punch than I would expect out of a mainstream videocard. It is stable, it is dead silent, and with proper case ventilation and cleaning shouldn't be a concern to use for a long period of time. Plus let's not forget that when placed inside a windowed case it will look great as well..
