The product we have for review today, the BPU-2535v2, allows you to install up to two 2½" SATA hard drives or solid state drives into an external 3½" drive bay. The drive slots are hot-swappable and feature key locks to prevent someone from walking off with your drives. With the growing popularity of SSDs and their frequent use in desktop machines, which are not traditionally setup for 2½" drive mounting, adapters like the BPU-2535 are needed to provide a solid method of installation. The fact that this iStar unit can fit not just one but two 2½" drives into one 3½" bay will be sure to please those enthusiasts who are using dual SSDs in a RAID configuration.

Today, we are looking at one such option from GELID Solutions, the Icy Vision VGA cooler. Join us as we put it on our GTX480 and see how it well it can handle the heat.

The Gelid Icy Vision video card cooler weighs in at a scant 465g and that is significantly lighter then the water blocks we recently looked at. The Icy Vision has twin 92mm UV reactive fans. The fans push 67.214CFM at 2000 RPM and humming along at a quiet 26dBA, which is a far cry better then the almost 70dBA that we have seen from the stock cooling fan. Looking from the side the Icy Vision is thick, really thick. From the base to the top of the fans is 52mm, or roughly 2 inches. That is .75 inches or 19mm taller than the stock GTX480 cooler..
