Acer Aspire TimelineX AS5830TG-6402 Review
TechReviewSource.com posted a review on the Acer Aspire TimelineX AS5830TG-6402

The Acer Aspire TimelineX 5830TG-6402 is a laptop that packs a one-two punch of good looks and solid performance, with a combination of processor and graphics that usually costs significantly more. It does this by making a few sacrifices, which result in a limited feature set and poor heat dispersion.

Razer Mamba 4G Wireless Gaming Mouse Review
Everything USB posted a review on the Razer Mamba 4G Wireless Gaming Mouse

On February 1st 2009, Razer introduced the original Mamba gaming mouse and it took the PC gaming world by storm. The amazing success of that mouse was thanks in no small part to its wired and wireless abilities; however, its sensor, software suite and overall ergonomics are what made it a perennial favorite for many hard core gamers. Recently, Razer upgraded the Mamba with their latest 4G sensor technology. Today, I'm going to find out how good this new Mamba 4G gaming mouse stands up against some of today's cutting edge gaming mice.

Verdict:
With great ergonomics, decent weight to battery life ratio, dual wireless/wired abilities and other great features; the all new and improved Razer Mamba 4G is everything the original was and then some. The new 4G sensor really is a master piece of engineering and it alone makes the new Mamba a true successor to the original.

The Good:
+ Comfortable yet elegant design
+ Wireless or Wired options
+ Compact USB transceiver
+ Great ergonomics
+ Refined and user friendly software
+ Wireless mode works just as good as wired
+ Battery can be charged while still in the mouse (just plug in the USB cable)

The Bad:
- Right Hand Only model (lefties need not apply)
- No weight customization
- Only one USB cable included
- Slow and cumbersome to change from wireless to wired mode
- Battery while better than original is still only good for up to 16hours
- Software needs work as it does crash from time to time

Antec KUHLER H2O 920 CPU Cooler Review
Vortez posted a review on the Antec KUHLER H2O 920 CPU Cooler

Today we will focus on the KÜHLER H2O 920, the larger variant of the series. Thomas previously reviewed the unit in his water-cooling shootout and found it to be a solid performer despite not quite matching a custom kit. In today’s review, we will compare the unit against an array of air coolers to see if the 920 has what it takes to dethrone the Thermalright Silver Arrow and Noctua NH-D14.

Cubitek Magic Cube 3HDD Review
The Guru of 3D posted a review on the Cubitek Magic Cube 3HDD

Cubitek figured, heck .. it's all in our own brand name, let's design a modular chassis series under the name Magic Cube. One main chassis will be housing your motherboard and PSU, and two other smaller 'cubes' will house HDDs and Optical storage units and such. That completely overhauls the design of any regular chassis, as all of the sudden you have three units housing your PC.

Sparkle Gold Class (GW-EPS1250DA) 1250 Watt Power Supply Review
TweakTown posted a review on the Sparkle Gold Class (GW-EPS1250DA) 1250 Watt Power Supply

Now that we have taken a look at a power supply on the lower end of the Wattage spectrum with the Kingwin LZP-550, we are going to take a look at something capable of more than doubling that out. The unit that we have sitting on the bench today is from Sparkle Computer Corp. We have taken a look at several of their power supplies in the past with the SCC-750AF and SCC-850AF. Both units scored really well and we are expecting the very same out of what we are testing today.

The unit that we are testing today is the GW-EPS1250DA power supply. It is the third model in their Gold Class line of power supplies that we have managed to test to date and is manufactured by Great Wall, just as the others have been. This unit offers enough power for up to three graphics cards and still has plenty of power to spare for additional peripherals. The unit looks quite impressive on paper featuring six 12V rails, 100% continuous output at 50C and more.

Rosewill Thor 2 Full-Tower Computer Case Review
Benchmark Reviews posted a review on the Rosewill Thor 2 Full-Tower Computer Case

Recently, Rosewill sent to Benchmark Reviews their THOR 2 full tower gamer, enthusiast case for a good thrashing. The THOR 2 is the second evolution of the THOR series. When I first saw this case I was curious because it looked pretty lean, mean, and clean while avoiding what I call the "We are Borg, resistance is futile" look. So is the THOR 2 as mean as it looks? What's new for version 2? Will we send it to the case scrap pile in the sky, or will it soar like Thor into the heavens? Let's check it out.

Thermaltake Dokker Mid-tower Case Review
Hi Tech Legion posted a review on the Thermaltake Dokker Mid-tower Case

The Thermaltake Dokker midtower Case is an affordable solution for gamers on a budget. The Thermaltake Dokker case is spacious and has enough clearance to support even the AMD HD6990 dual-GPU video card as well as aftermarket CPU heatsinks up to 162mm tall. Perhaps the most prominent feature of the Thermaltake Dokker, the built-in HDD docking bay on top allows for HDD and SSD hot-swap functionality when enabled in the BIOS. Even though the Thermaltake Dokker comes with only a single 120mm exhaust fan, there are plenty of options for installation of additional cooling.

Silverstone AP121-USB Fan Review
DreamWare Computers posted a review on the Silverstone AP121-USB Fan

USB fans have been on the market for quite a few years now, but most are poorly designed or are simply way too small to be useful. What we really need is someone with a proven record in making high performing internal PC fans to adopt that same design premise for a desktop fan. This is where Silverstone has chosen to enter this market. Their Air Penetrator series of fans, reviewed previously, have unique grill designs that waste less air and channel the resulting airflow into a much stronger column. These fans performed lawlessly inside my computer, and now Silverstone has taken them outside my computer with a variety of colourful USB models.

TP-LINK AV200 Powerline Adapter Starter Kit Review
ThinkComputers.org posted a review on the TP-LINK AV200 Powerline Adapter Starter Kit

Do you have a TV, game console, Blu-Ray player, or any other device that can connect to a network but it doesn’t have built-in wireless or it is out of your wireless network’s range? Then I have some really good news. TP-LINK has a 200Mbps Powerline Ethernet Adapter (TL-PA211) that’ll give you connectivity anywhere there’s a power outlet. The TL-PA211 is reliable enough to keep your pings low in online gaming, and even fast enough to stream HD video from one end of your house to the other. It’s also pretty affordable. Check out the full review for all of the specs and a detailed account of my experience with the TL-PA211.
