Hiyatek Laptop Cooler with Card Reader and USB Hub Review
Bigbruin.com posted a review on the Hiyatek Laptop Cooler with Card Reader and USB Hub

Many times multi-function devices don't quite address each of their tasks as well as you would want, but that isn't the case here. The Hiyatek HY-CF-6157-01 Laptop Cooler with Card Reader and USB Hub offers a convenient location for a 4 slot card reader and 3 port USB 2.0 hub, all while handling its primary role as a laptop cooler quite nicely.

Abit KN9 SLI Review
bit-tech has posted a review on the Abit KN9 SLI

I am really not sure how Abit managed to release this board with such serious BIOS issues. Thankfully, the latest BIOS fixes most of the serious problems, but it doesn't fix all of them - the KN9 SLI simply isn't bullet proof in its current state. This was further highlighted when we ran the bit-tech stress test.

HotHardware.com has posted an Intel Mobile Core 2 Duo "Merom" Bench-Test and Showcase

When you consider the fact that both Yonah and Merom both are built on Intel's 65nm process and that Merom has an additional 2MB of L2 cache, along with EM64T support, Intel's design engineering triumph with Core 2 Duo becomes crystal clear. Intel's Mobile Core 2 Duo offers more processing power, capacity, features, and does so at power parity versus their legacy mobile Core Duo architecture.

Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T7600 on the Dell XPS M1710 Review
Legit Reviews posted a review on the Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T7600 on the Dell XPS M1710

With everything running fine with BIOS A00 we went ahead and used the Dell XPS M1710 Special Edition Formula Red gaming notebook for our benchmarking as it is the only notebook we have that features the 512MB NVIDIA GeForce Go 7900 GTX video card inside and we didn't want to be GPU limited during our testing. The other choice we had to go with was the Clevo M570U and while it ran the Core 2 Duo processor T7600 without any issues it only had a 256MB NVIDIA GeForce Go 7900 GTX, so we went with the Dell.

Acronis True Image Workstation Version 9.1 Review
Bjorn3D posted a review on Acronis True Image Workstation Version 9.1

About six months ago I began planning to do a recurring series of articles that looked at a complete overview of RAID technology and products for our readers' workstations and/or small business servers. Given the sheer scope and magnitude of this task I began to question whether the home version of Acronis True Image would facilitate the imaging tasks I was planning using a number of different RAID formats on several different computers. A short visit to the Acronis website revealed a product in their 'Corporate/Enterprise Product' line that appeared to be perfect for the tasks at hand, Acronis True Image Workstation, version 9.1. Please join me today as I test the capabilities of this product to see if it will truly measure up and keep my previous 'lily white impression' of Acronis products in tact.

Biostar TForce 590 SLI Deluxe Motherboard Review
PC Modding Malaysia has posted a review on the Biostar TForce 590 SLI Deluxe Motherboard

The Biostar TForce 590 SLI Deluxe motherboard is a pretty good socket AM2 motherboard. The package is impressive and you even get some freebies inside it. Based on the infamous NVIDIA nForce 590 SLI chipset, the TForce 590 SLI Deluxe is targeted towards the high-end market. The board layout is pretty decent and most of the components were well laid out. Stability was not compromised as Biostar used quality components around the motherboard such as aluminium capacitors, 6-phase PWM and wide low-profile SB cooler. We also thought that the TForce 590 SLI Deluxe motherboard would be targeted by modders and enthusiasts as the board tends to illuminate under UV lighting. It comes with dual PCI-E x16 slots, dual Gigabit LAN, five SATA connectors and along with a single external SATA connector at the rear I/O panel. The board boots at up to 350HTT but we were able to ClockGen our way up to 420HTT, which isn't too shabby. With plenty of overclocking headroom left, we easily maxed out our little 3000+ Orleans 1.8GHz processor to an amazing 3GHz clock speed. Considering that the motherboard retails at only $199 / RM730, the Biostar TForce 590 SLI Deluxe has got to be a steal! There's no way you can purchase a high-end nForce 590 SLI motherboard at that price. Plus, it overclocks like a beast too!

Sytrin Nextherm 460W PSU Review
LAN Addict has posted a review on the Sytrin Nextherm 460W PSU

It may not look like much on the outside, but, the Nextherm is one of the better power supplies I’ve ever seen in terms of voltage accuracy and holding that voltage while under a load. I would, recommend it to someone who has a need for an always on or dedicated server in a large case, or a LAN server whose secondary role may be as a gaming machine and is serving up several files.

All-in-all the Foxconn P9657AA-8KS2H is a solid board for anyone looking to upgrade to what is now arguably the fastest platform for almost any task, provided you got the right CPU of course. Western Digital Caviar SE16 400 GB Hard Drive Review
The TechZone has posted a review of the Western Digital Caviar SE16 400 GB Hard Drive.

On the physical side, the drive is very sexy to say the least with its unique flat black finish it will please anyone that enjoys showing off their hardware. The only downside I thought would come with this drive is the price. However since the WD4000KD drive has been released it has come down in price, and can now be had for roughly the same price as the Hitachi and Seagate 400GB hard drives. And with the Western Digital drive having 16MB of cache rather than 8MB as seen on the Hitachi and Seagate we think this is a clear choice.
