LaCie 2Big USB 3.0 RAID Drive Review
Everything USB posted a review on LaCie 2Big USB 3.0 RAID Drive.

LaCie is one of the few companies out there who consistently make products which are as nice to LOOK at as they are to use. Their latest wunderkind, the Lacie 2Big RAID storage solution - powered by none other than USB 3.0 - looks to continue this trend with an all metal design that is very striking and RAID 0, RAID 1 and JBOD modes. Is this combination of beauty and brains a winning combination or is the Lacie 2Big... well too BIG? Read on to find out in my full review.

The Verdict:
The LaCie 2Big USB 3.0 RAID solution is a very fast, powerful and good looking unit; unfortunately, it also a big unit with an even bigger price. If you have the spare desktop real-estate to accommodate it and can afford one drop dead sexy drive, it is worth taking a long hard look at.

The Good:
+ Quick and easy drive replacement
+ Sturdy yet stylish all metal design
+ Easy to change RAID modes
+ Front LARGE button glows red to show degraded state and blue to show its working properly
+ Flexible RAID options
+ Included USB 3.0 card
+ 3 year warranty
+ Simple to use backup software

The Bad:
- Price
- Large Footprint
- Slider and confirm button needed to change modes can be confusing at first
- To get the most from this unit you need to use the custom driver
- RAID 0 is not a great choice for most situations
- In real world situations, you will most likely NOT get all the RAID 0 speed unless you pair the 2Big USB 3.0 to an internal RAID array

The GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 470 Super Overclock Edition graphics card is a sharp looking graphics card. Read on to see how it performs against our field of competitors!

Last week when we took a look at the EVGA GeForce GTX 470 Hydro Copper FTW I was impressed with the GeForce GTX 470 series. Quite possibly because it is an overclocked version it was able to have a leg up on the HIS Radeon HD 5870. Today, I am even more impressed with the GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 470 Super Overclock Edition. One of the reasons is the price to performance ratio. Last week the EVGA GeForce GTX 470 Hydro Copper could be found for $459.99 at EVGA.com. Today we can find the GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 470 Super Overclock Edition for only $279.99 plus $3.99 shipping at newegg.com. At the end of last week there was a bit of a price war between AMD and NVIDIA which caused a drop in several of the NVIDIA GeForce series cards...

NZXT Vulcan Mini Case Review
OCModShop posted a review on the NZXT Vulcan Mini Case

Once I got it all uncovered, I got a good look at this thing. It's a matte black, which is something I'm fond of in my chassis, and it has that aggressive look that most case companies have been moving toward. Straight edges, sharp corners, and recesses that house buttons and ports that as a whole looks like it could be a cousin to that box from Hellraiser.

The port/button panel on the top front houses the eSata, USB 2.0 and audio ports. Beside that is the brushed aluminum power and reset button set. I always get a little disappointed when they don't put a firewire port on these, right up front. I hate having to search for mine amid the wires sticking out of the back. The side that comes off sports a mostly mesh makeup, designed to hold a 200mm fan that will probably sound like an airliner touching down.

Dell Inspiron M101z Review – Laptop Power in a Netbook’s Frame
PC Perspective posted a review on the Dell Inspiron M101z

The question of whether the M101z is really a netbook or laptop is certainly open. Its size, price and performance makes it difficult to categorize. Given the uncertainty, I will bow to Dell’s marketing department – they’ve made the M101z a part of the Dell Inspiron laptop line rather than a part of the Dell Mini netbook line.

Arctic Cooling K381 Multimedia Keyboard Review
Viperlair posted a review on the Arctic Cooling K381 Multimedia Keyboard

I'm not a fan of laptop keyboards, which I've compared the K381 to a couple of times during visual inspection, but in use it's much more comfortable. The back is raised just enough to bring the top most keys within reach without you needing to lift your palms up. The minimal key travel and low height of the keyboard is actually far less fatiguing than I expected. Your palms can rest on your desk just below the keyboard (unlike a laptop where you need to stretch over the touchpad) which provides just enough of a balance with the key height to provide a comfortable typing position.

Samsung PX2370 LED Monitor Review
Tweaknews posted a review on the Samsung PX2370 LED Monitor

The Samsung SyncMaster PX2370 LED Monitor is definitely small step up from the BX2350 in terms of styling, brightness and contrast. The mystery is that at this given time, they are technically the same price which means there are less people selling the BX2350 and thus, less competition, or Samsung is putting the PX2370 out in higher volumes which will lower the price as well.

ASRock 890GM Pro3 Motherboard Review
iXBT Labs posted a review on the ASRock 890GM Pro3 Motherboard

Compact motherboards based on feature-rich high-performance integrated chipsets are often the optimal choice for an affordable home PC. The integrated graphics core let you play games (on reduced settings, though), but you can also install an external graphics card. Just remember to provide enough enclosure space for additional cooling, because the PSU fan might just not be enough.
