Cooler Master Storm Trooper Full Tower Case Review
Legit Reviews posted Cooler Master Storm Trooper Full Tower Case Review

Today we look at the newest addition to the Cooler Master Storm Line, the Storm Trooper. The Cooler Master Storm Trooper is a full tower case that has everything that has come to be associated with the Storm line, but Cooler Master has kicked it up a notch with customizable drive cages, room for dual internal mounted radiators, and other nice features. Join us as we look over the Storm Trooper and see just what Cooler Master has been up to.

Cooler Master has one nice case on their hands with the CM Storm Trooper. The overall look of the Trooper is reminiscent of the old Stacker series in the front panel, but with the stealthy style of the Storm series in the side and top panels. That is combined with one impressive list of features and cooling options out of the box with no mods...

Sony VAIO VPC-YB35BX/B Review
TechReviewSource.com posted a review on the Sony VAIO VPC-YB35BX/B

The Sony Vaio YB35KX/B is a very affordable, 11-inch laptop that doesn't skimp out on any features. It has decent performance for the price thanks to the AMD Fusion chipset and lots of hard drive space for all your multimedia files. It also has extra long battery life, but the ergonomics of the keyboard and touchpad aren't the best.

ROCCAT Kova+ Max Performance Gaming Mouse Review
TweakTown posted ROCCAT Kova+ Max Performance Gaming Mouse Review

Today we are going to be having a look at the Kova+ Max Performance Gaming Mouse from ROCCAT. For those familiar with previous products, there was a similar Kova mouse that this spawns from. Where the Kova has a system of button combos making changes in DPI, lighting and so forth, software takes over in the Kova+ and the 5+2 button configuration is traded in for a 7+2 configuration this time. There are many, many more changes that get made to the new Kova+ as well, so settle in and enjoy what ROCCAT and I deliver with the Kova+.

The ROCCAT Kova+ uses a 3200 DPI (Dots Per Inch) optical gaming sensor. This means that a multitude of LED light pulses bounce off the mouse mat and back into a sensor to determine movement and positioning. This sensor also is sensitive enough to realize when the mouse gets lifted to limit the amount of travel the pointer wanders if you have to lift the mouse when attempting to track a foe through a scope.

Thermaltake Commander MS-I USB 3.0 Review
techPowerUp posted a review on the Thermaltake Commander MS-I USB 3.0

The Commander MS-I case is the most affordable of the new cases from Thermaltake. With the choice between a model with two USB 2.0 and one with a mix consisting of a single 2.0 and a single 3.0 connector at the same price point, it is interesting to see what difference such a feature makes in terms of alternatives and placement in the crowded sub 50 US Dollar range.

Ozone Strike Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Review
OCC has published a review on the Ozone Strike Mechanical Gaming

In conclusion, the Cherry Blacks are just like how everyone explained they would feel, which is heavy. I felt like I was really working to use my keyboard some nights and after long hours of game play, I just felt tired and missing key presses. Over time I was able to get used to it and gain some extra finger strength for the switches. It's a style of switch I've gotten to try for the first time.

Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 Z68 Motherboard Review
eTeknix.com posted a review on the Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 Z68 Motherboard

With X79 arriving onto the scene, the high-end market has been filled and is something that only the insanely rich can afford. Z68 can still be expensive too, when we look at the likes of the G1 Sniper 2 board which is pricey, but does offer a lot of features that no other board on the market can offer such as X-Fi sound and a Killer NIC onboard chip.

With Christmas just around the corner, we can be sure that a lot of people have a system wish list ready to be palmed off to their family and friends in the hope of having an extreme rig, ready for the new year, but sadly for most, X79 or a high-end Z68 system will be way out of the question, and thus, other options will have to be considered.

These other options include looking at AMD and their AM3+ range of boards and processors, which offer exceptional value, or perhaps even toning down the wants, but sticking with a Z68 platform motherboard. This is where Gigabyte have thought ahead and come up with the Z68AP-D3.

The Z68AP-D3 Z68 motherboard offers the fantastic value needed, without skimping on the features, and actually offers some unique features that other boards don't including the mSATA connector on board, and is the first to implement this onto a standard desktop
motherboard.

Really keen on seeing how this board performs, considering it's lower price point in the market, we're eager to see if it can keep up with the big boys or whether it will fall into the shadows.

XFX ProSeries 1000W Power Supply Review
TweakTown posted XFX ProSeries 1000W Power Supply Review

Over the past five to six years, the name XFX has become synonymous with enthusiasts and for many good reasons. XFX made a huge push during the era of the NVIDIA 6xxx and 7xxx series cards and were always pushing the limits of the clock speeds. This gave them some of the fastest cards on the market and enthusiasts naturally flocked to them for better performance. Since then, the company has expanded quite a bit and now not only offers NVIDIA cards, but AMD cards and power supplies as well.

XFX's motto is "Play Hard," and their power supplies allow you to do just that. They offer a wide range of units to fulfill any need, from the low power user to the full enthusiast. XFX recently introduced a few new power supplies to their ProSeries line and we are going to take a look at a few of the new units over the coming weeks. Today we are taking a look at the new ProSeries 1000W Platinum PSU. It should offer enough power for nearly everyone out there and do so at high efficiency.

Futurelooks asked Antec to stop by to suggest some great no fail gifts for that computer guy on your list

As a computer enthusiast, you have to feel sorry for the person that is in charge of picking out a gift or gifts for you during the holidays. They’ll try to buy you something special because they know or heard you’re into computers and they will probably fail. Now we all know it’s the thought that counts of course, but you still end up returning it anyway because it’s not something you would ever use or buy for yourself.

Gigabyte as well launched several X79 motherboards like the G1.asassin, the UD3, UD5 and sure .. the UD7. That last one we'll be looking at today. A very complete motherboard I must say, with all kinds of gadgets and fresh looks.

The rear I/O bracket shows a pair of USB 3.0 ports and 7.1-channel audio with digital S/PDIF out, but also a special OC button, a CMOS reset switch and much more.

True Blood is one of my favorite shows on TV, there’s just something about vampires that I’ve always liked, and no I don’t mean those sappy Twilight ones either. If you’re a true Blood fan then you’ll want to continue reading and if not you can read on too as these headphones are fairly decent in sound and design.
