FrostyTech posted a review on the DeepCool Gammaxx 400 Heatsink

Deepcool's Gammaxx 400 heatsink stands 162mm tall, putting in the class of full tower CPU coolers. At the heart of the 654 gram heatsink are four 6mm diameter copper heatpipes which are exposed at the base. The rest of the heatsink is a pretty standard rectangular aluminum fin stack, no fancy leading edges, shapes or punched out cooling fins.

The Gammaxx 400 heatsink ships with a 120mm PWM fan that rotates at 1500-900RPM and moves upwards of 66CFM at full speed. According to Frostytech's real world sound measurements, the heatsink produces between 48-39 dBA noise, making it pretty moderate on the sound front. As with most tower heatsinks, a set of extra wire fan clips are supplied so users who wish to install a rear-mounted fan can run both at low speeds.

DeepCool's Gammaxx 400 heatsink installs onto Intel socket LGA2011/1366/1155/1156/775 processors and the complete line up of AMD chips (socket 754/940/939/AM2/AM3/FM1/FM2).
