Thousands of Dell customers are still waiting for their Windows 2000 upgrade - four months after Microsoft launched the operating system.

The delays concern drivers needed for the Texas company´s NT4 workstations. According to Dell, there have been "delays in a number of drivers" from certain third party vendors, which Dell chose not to name.
