iXBT LABS has posted a review of Chaintech Desperado RI71 graphics card. Here a snippet:

Memory microchips are made by Infineon and feature 6ns access time, which means that this memory can work at 166MHz. NVIDIA recommends using 150-166MHz memory in DDR graphics cards, however, the nominal memory working frequency on this card is equal to 150MHz (as well as on other cards of the same type). Counting in terms of SDR memory it will make 300MHz. Note that very often DDR-memory working frequency is represented in an equivalent form of SDR-memory (twice as high). In other words, if it stands that DDR-memory working frequency equals 300MHz, then you should read it as 150MHz. As for the chipset, it works at a standard frequency for all GeForce 256 based graphics cards: 120MHz.
