Loop Hero, a game publisher Devolver Digital gave its 2021 Game of the Year award to, at the end of 2020. Setting aside Devolver Digital being, well, Devolver Digital, this title does combine aspects of those different genres, and possibly some more I am failing to think of, to create a procedurally generated experience that has you try to recover your memories of the all but destroyed world, as you fight to restore existence. Only those things you remember remain, so each time you die or rest from your expedition, the path you will follow changes.
