Speaking of controllers, what in the world was the Sony R&D team thinking?! The controller for the PS3 looks like a reject prototype from the Hip Gear collection of crappy videogame accessories. In my opinion, they really dropped the ball in the design department. I'm not declaring a final verdict because I haven't actually held the controller, but it just looks silly. The console isn't very impressive looking either. Why the convex shape? Do I really want my videogame console to look like a futuristic George Foreman grill??E3 2005 - Sony Playstation 3
