This time round, they threw in HightPoint HPT372RAID on board which provides ATA-133 RAID. The EPoX 8K3A+ is an improved version of 8KHA+ based on the VIA KT333 chipset. The Southbridge is VT8233A which supports ATA-133 HD. A 6 channel audio chipset ALC201A is also implemented on board for digital audio.

This is probably the only board that allows Vcore to be adjustable up to a high of 2.2v. Normal mainboard usually stop at a maximum of 1.85v. CPU Ratio is selectable from 5.5x ~ 12.5x. DDR voltage is selectable too up to 3.2v. CPU Clock is adjustable from 133 ~ 250Mhz at 1Mhz stepping. The BIOS used is dated March 12, 2002
