The semi-annual Platform Conference run by Inquest Market Research, a high-tech consulting firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona, was held at the Silicon Valley Conference Center in northern San Jose this past week. Usually attracting around 500 engineers and technical marketing people, the economy unfortunately took its toll this time around, with likely only around 300 paid attendees. But the show nonetheless offered up solid content, while bringing together existing and potential business partners.
