Burnout PC has posted a review on a hybrid heatsink, made by Fortis.

I call it a hybrid heatsink, because it is made up out of a 5mm thick copper base and some aluminium fins. By looking at the unit it seems the base of the fins is folded and then glued to the base, risking a dramatic decrease in performance, when compared to other hybrid heatsinks, where the fins are embedded in the copper base.
