Overclockers New Zealand has posted a review on two Fortis HSF - The A92 and A102.
You can see that all the coolers have a C/W rating equal/lower than 0.20, means they are all capable of cooling an overclocked 1.4GHz CPU. A C/W rating of 0.2 or lower indicates an upper end heatsink. As a general rule of thumb, get a cooler with C/W rating lower than 0.25 for a 1.2Ghz+ CPU and C/W rating lower than 0.3 for a 1.2Ghz or below CPU.Read more
