Beyond3D posted a review on the NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT
NVIDIA first introduced us to the GeForce 7 series, with the GeForce 7800, back in June of 2005, some 9 months back. Although 7800 was primarily an extension of the architecture introduced with GeForce 6800, it wasn't until this year that NVIDIA started introducing further GeForce 7 models for the desktop space with the introduction of GeForce 7300 GS (G72).G73: NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT Review
Now that March has rolled on and CeBit is upon us NVIDIA are fleshing out the range of GeForce 7 boards, refreshing the high end with the new Geforce 7900 series (G71) as well as introducing a new mid-range contender, GeForce
7600 (G73). Like the 7300 GS that's already been introduced, these new parts basically follow in the same vein as the boards they replace, but based on the 90nm process. While 7300 and 7900 have very similar pipeline configurations to the boards they replace, the 7600 has the largest change in relation to the board that it replaces. For that reason we are going to begin our look at NVIDIA's new boards released today with the new GeForce 7600 GT.
