Gabe Aul tweeted a response to the new Start Screen being "so dull without that parallax effect" and said that transparency is coming to Windows 10, but will it arrive with the next Insider update?

Last night we learned that Windows 10 build 9926 received three patches in preparation for an Insider build update. This new build will arrive from the fbl_impressive branch which is already pushing out builds in the 10xxx series with the latest one showing as 10.0.10020.0.fbl_impressive.150212-2143, compiled from 12 February.

More importantly, we also saw how the Start menu used transparency in a demo build at the January event, and Gabe Aul has now confirmed that "Transparency is coming."
