3D Spotlight has put up their Giants: Citizen Kabuto Tweak guide.

Giants supports EAX although it is disabled by default. To enable (Or at
least have the option to use) EAX support perform the following steps.

1. Insert Giants CD 1 into your CD/DVD drive & open the GiantsEAL folder on
the CD.
2. Copy all the files in this folder into your Giants directory, e.g.
D:Giants.
3. Right click on your Giants shortcut & add this setting into the Target
field -snd3d, e.g. your Giants shortcut will now appear as follows,
D:GiantsGiants.exe -snd3d. To disable EAX support simply delete the snd3d
setting.
