ADATA XPG GAMMIX S10 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD Review

Last year, ADATA launched the XPG GAMMIX S10 series of M.2 PCIe x4 NVMe 1.2 certified SSDs that consists of drives with capacities of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB. The XPG GAMMIX S10 series is not the fastest drives offered by ADATA, but the performance of the series is no joke. ASUS and Amazon list upcoming Coffee Lake-S processors

Upcoming Coffee Lake-S processors have been listed by ASUS and Amazon.  Coffee Lake-S: Reloaded The T-series, featuring 35 Watt SKUs can now be found on Amazon. The full lineup now consists of 23 SKUs with TDP from 35W to 95W and prices spanning from 370 to 50 USD. At this time it's unclear where and when Z390/8-core SKUs will land. They might launch as i7-8700K replacements or as new, more expensive SKUs, for instance as i7-8750 (it wouldn't be surprising because such name is already used for notebooks as i7-8750H).

Burnout Paradise Remastered Review

Racing games used to be simple. Give players some road, a few fast cars, and a reasonable amount of control, and they were happy. In recent years, the genre has taken to chasing down trends, with titles like The Crew, Driveclub, Gran Turismo Sport, and Need for Speed Payback trying to transform racing games into MMOs, the next esports sensation, or Ultimate-Team-style money-printing machines. These attempts usually fall flat. Ultimately, most racers still succeed or fail based on what the game feels like when the rubber hits the road.

If the racing genre is in need of a bit of clarity, Burnout Paradise Remastered could be the dose of Adderall it needs. Burnout is racing at its most basic and primal – go fast, cause mayhem, get a better car, then go faster and cause even more mayhem. Then again, Burnout Paradise is also over a decade old at this point. Does the game still hold up, or is this Burnout more of a flameout?

Call of Duty: WWII review: benchmarks with 30 graphics cards

Call of Duty: WWII is of course a first-person shooter, developed by Sledgehammer Games and published by Activision. In the single player, you play as a soldier who is part of the American first infantry division, paying particular attention to events on the Western front. However, the multiplayer maps are scattered all over the world.

The game has been built is a proprietary engine of Sledgehammer and is ported to the PC by Raven Software. The controller aim-assist has been removed, but it is quite unique that split screen on the PC is simply supported. In order to play the DirectX 11 game well, the developer recommends at least one Ivy Bridge Generation Core i3 or Ryzen 5 1400, in combination with 8GB RAM and a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 or AMD Radeon RX 550 video card. You need 90 GB of free disk space to install the game.

Gigabyte Aorus H5 Gaming Headset Review

Thanks to Gigabyte, we’ll be taking a look at their Aorus H5 Gaming headset. This headset features a pair of 50mm Beryllium metal drivers, a detachable and bendable microphone, RGB Fusion-16.7M customizable lighting, in-line sound controls, flexible head band, and large ear-cups for comfortable wear.

As far as gaming accessories are concerned, Gigabyte isn’t exactly synonymous with gaming. Brands like Steeleseries, Razer, TTesports and Logitech are more likely to be the choice for these hardcore gamers. However having said that, Gigabyte is no beginner in this game either. Over the past 2 years they’ve been pushing their AORUS brand with some, if not limited success. Gigabyte’s AORUS products are designed specifically for the gaming market… from keyboards and mice to gaming motherboards and graphic cards.

Halos CatDrive 1TB Networked Drive Review Update

A few weeks back we posted a review for the Halos CatDrive 1TB networked drive, and well, it wasn't very good. The app's interface was mainly in Chinese, and quite honestly the basic functionality never worked. The Halos team didn't give up and requested we take a fresh look at an updated version of the device. Razer Blade Stealth (8th Gen, Gunmetal) Review

Razer's stylish Ultrabook gets a quad-core refresh. Razer may be a relative newcomer to the laptop space, yet in the past five years it has developed an award-winning portfolio of high-end Blade PCs and now serves as a go-to manufacturer for many enthusiast users. Blade Pro is an effective desktop replacement, the 14in Blade strikes a fine balance between Ultrabook and gaming machine, while Blade Stealth packs a performance punch in a sleek 13.3in profile.

SilverStone Redline RL06 Case Review

The SilverStone Redline Series is one dedicated to offering elegant cases at an affordable price. This can be accomplished in a number of ways from using less material to simply including less stuff. I’m a fan of the “including less” approach because it makes the most sense. For instance, you can still offer solid construction, great styling but get rid of the extra eight hard drive trays because normal system builders don’t need them. Hardware enthusiasts often remove them anyway to make room for watercooling gear and let’s face it, this is 2018 if you are still holding on to three rotational drives from the turn of the century you need to consolidate.

In this review I’ll be looking at the Silverstone Redline RL06. This case is part of the Redline Series and designed as a competitively priced chassis for the mainstream enthusiast market and includes features you wouldn’t normally see in that segment.
